Did you check their Technical support Department ?

Maybe Ben knows a contact there.

Think I got some discount for signing up early - or maybe I got the price wrong!

Still no reply from them. Have just sent another message. If they don't respond to that, I'm sticking a blog up to warn others.

Cheers,

Mark

Let us know what their response is, keep us posted mate

I really do feel quite strongly about this, as I mainly paid my 32 euros to be able to watch the races live on Broadband.

If I get no response from them, looks like it's blog time again!

Okay folks, I've had no response from them at all, so I've posted a blog at NotMotoGP. If you've had similar problems, please feel free to add a comment.

I'll be sending them a link to the blog tomorrow.

Cheers,

Mark

I am pleased to confirm that you can pick up the video streams here in China..

However the problem we have is that Deb has a really slow package so makes watching almost an impossibility due to the slow loading times and buffering etc.

Will see what happens once the race is live.

Good news,

Im watching the Live warm up as I type.. have to watch at the lower setting, which means a crappier picture but hey, its all good..

Glad to hear everything worked out Daz. I had a problem mid race when the screen went black for about 45 seconds and then the sound came on but no picture for another 30 seconds and then it was fine again. Unfortunately for me it was right at the point when Nicky was on Rossi's rear wheel, Nick Harris was going crazy. That happen to anyone else?
