Commenting on a race or a rider without giving away anything sounds kind of difficult... We'd need some really skilled politicians to pull that off.
For the really absent minded, probably the good old XXXSPOILERSXXX sign in the title is the only thing that would help.

I think the issue is putting moto2 spoilers in the motogp thread during the motogp race. Kind of hard to avoid. Myself I'll wake up at 5am watch the motogp race, then go back to sleep wake up and watch moto2/3.
A week later, whatever, but an hour after the moto2 race too soon.
