JEREZ RD2: Predictions, Practice, Qual

Considering that Valentino Rossi has won 7 times here and 3 podiums, one as recent as last year; in addition to Ducati enjoying some success here, two podiums and a win, and as recent as a fourth by Nicky last year....I predict:



1. Rossi (Tricks, old dogs got them)

2. Nicky (Trick Daddy, that's what the umbrella ..... will say)

3.Lorenzo (Tricks, smoke and mirrors, its how he wins)

4. Stoner (Trick seamless shift, the new remote contol)



Edit: To add: Hopkins, not last.
 
Reckon a Spaniard will take it, hopefully Pedrosa!

I can see things getting even worse for Rossi here than at Qatar

Hopefully Peddles can get 1 in here as i think Lorenzo is a definite 100% win next time out at Estoril so that would make 1 win a peice for each of them.



That will give Rossi a few carrots to chase after a months break & the tracks he likes. By that time as long as he doesnt do anything else to himslef he should be fully fit with no more fitness excuses.

5....Honda's then other bikes except RDP.

Stoner Maybe one spot to low



Spies Makes amends with decent start, passes pedro late



Pedrosa =If shoulder is really a problem, this track will tell



Dovi= you will see him here a lot this year



Rossi= Will struggle with ill handling bike
 
Tell you what - If Rossi gets on the podium ill buy every powerslider who goes to Silverstone a beer & cook em some grub on my gas burner!!

Hi Jum's, havent spoke ina while how's you & the cali kid??



Dont hate Rossi mate, he is one of my favoured riders BUT i am a realist & i cant see things switching round with a swish of the magic Burgess wand.



Im hoping that Stoner, Pedrosa & Lorenzo share the first 3 race wins then after the month break when he is fit, Rossi can then start to pull em in. As long he finishes in the top 5 or 6 at each round he still has chance at re writing the history books once, although i still thikn the title is going down under this season.

Had to remove Pedrosa in light of the shoulder problems, but he will still most likely finish 4th
 
Lorenzo - Both he & Yamaha will be tough to beat here.

Stoner - Poor record here but is now on a bike that turns better.

Spies - Wont start poorly this time.

Pedrosa - Will be up there but might fade again

Simoncelli - Will be driving the leaders crazy at some point.

Rossi will net a podium due to super hair taking out half the field.

JL wins over Stoner with Rossi getting a podium due to 'super hair' taking out half the field at turn one while Spies gets fourth after getting the runoff from 'super hair' and comes back and pulls a Rossi/corckscrew on him.



Rossi gets mad at JL for mocking him and they get into a Biaggi style slap fest.



Barbera sets fastest lap due to the extra 500HP he has on Rossi.

Look for Peddles to bolt like a gut-shot-cat!

His plan will be to make as much time as possible before the arm starts to fade. The bike will be set up to give him more gas early on. Stoner and J-lo will do what they must to keep him in sight, then close in for the kill with 5 laps to go.



In the end it will be:

Stonah (from pole)

by a bee's .... over

J-Lo



A second or two later...

Pie Man

Pedrosa (Can't win - or even come close - with a half paralyzed arm!)

Hairball (May well reel in Pedro)



No particular order for the next 4 positions, but I have a funny feeling Hayden might pull his finger out.
