Indy practice quali and predictions

its Track Barbed

the hoff alex66 >> So still anyone out there blaming Casey Stoner for being honest about the infield track conditions here at Indianapolis ?

Yea, saw that when Krop re-tweeted.

Did Stoner have another go this year, or is this in reference to his statements in 2011?

In any event, it looks like he just might have had a point....

This is ......... Delayed start because of multiple crashes in moto 3. Now 4 moto GP riders thrown, two landing on stretchers. Is this track really that ..... Are the bridgestones below par?

Can't blame the rubber, they both run on different manufacturers.

Got to be the track, tarmac, pavement whatever you wanna call it.

.... IMHO!

Indy must go. Great facility, really professionally run event with the best track perssonell I've ever experienced anywhere but the circuit simply isn't ready for this kind of racing.

It's time to acknowledge its limitations, shake hands and remove it from the calendar.

Dani will dominate tomorrow if he keeps it in 2 wheels...

Sure is nice to have the show at a normal hour
<

Selfish ........ Have a thought for us poor Brits who had to wait until 6pm for live coverage

The guys i'll be ok quick phone tv grabs

Darn Motogp

indy dont races bikes or many areas of the track so what can u expect not good many experienced riders getting hurt without warning

Is the new Austin track ready. I'm afraid there needs to be a re-think keeping Indi on the calendar.

An under used track, that seems brutal on tyres. I don't recall seeing a quali session, bar Moto2, littered with so many crashes.

Hayden supposedly diagnosed with 'concussion.' Still questionable. Now declared 'unfit to race.'

Stoner's MRI shows 'only' ligament damage, no broken bones. Still questionable.

If anything, connective tissue damage can be more problematic than a clean bone fracture.

Hopefully it's something they can wrap up well enough to get him back on track.

Spies beat up but game to race.

Just watched the highlights. They were serious highsides. Stoners bike & particularly rear wheel tyre destroyed itself on first bounce. Hate seeing a rider (Hayden) lying their unconscious on the track like that. Reminded me of Bayliss in 2003 at PI.

I am sure Stoner is not happy with having to prove his "told you so" comments by being the one that destroys himself and his multi-million dollar bike. But seriously, so many ........ rule changes made in the name of 'safety' yet Dorna is happy to throw the riders under a bus so they can race at a ........ track to make lots of money. Just another example of their complete incompetence and disrespect for the riders.

Not happy that Hayden got knocked out and can't race but at least his absence will make it more difficult for Dorna and IMS to sweep this all under the carpet.
