I'll need more convincing i'm affraid. This could be the beggining, but only hindsight will tell us that for sure. Until them i'm not prepared to risk such a brave call.

Sorry if you want me to abandon a thoughtful approach and translate my reply to something you can understand it'd be: .... SUPERBIKE

All World Superbike needs is an American who is in a top ride.

The bikes are just as quick, are much more cost effective, and for a manufacturer, is the perfect series.

You have great riders, great teams.

Only reason MotoGP still has the leverage it has is Valentino Rossi. Hayden, Pedrosa, Stoner, Lorenzo are nothing. MotoGP could not survive around the world if Rossi left currently.

Curve is right 100%. Great venues.

There is one....Spies on the Yamaha....

My money is on Haga on the Duke, though!

Forgot Spies. I haven't followed racing in general for the past few months.

Curve, on racing and motorcycles we agrees, but everything else you can go fk yourself.

WSBK is what the fans want. Great racing, great bikes (you can go buy too, I might add), there is no Dorna to deal with.

Now for the promoters as Laguna Seca to figure out that going with MotoGP was a bad choice over the long haul.

Haga will find some way to .... it up. He always does. So close but no cigar, and usually its his fault. Twice the bride's maid.

My money is on the rookie, that would be Spies.

But the Brits coming to town will be the ones to beat me thinks. Those cats can ride and I've been very impressed with them.

Only Johnny Rea of the Brits will give the WSBK regulars a fight for the title...in my view.

I do think Spies will be a contender for the title.....he has the bike and apparent talent.....so good luck to him....

All SBK needs is better commentators...if they had the GP.COM boys the racing would be that much better...

Who are you? Admitting Spies has "apparent" talent? Wishing him luck? Not serving up Hayden Fan when he said all the series needed was an American on a top ride? Who are you and what have you done with Migs?

I agree about Rea though, that kid can ride.

I want to give him benefit of proving his talent and he has to bike to do it with, and the speed.....now he just has to find a way to beat the WSBK regulars......

If he is as good as people say and he is starting to show and the bike is as good as it can be then he should have no problem learning new tracks and getting used to the Pirelli tyres....

I think however that ultimately Haga will win the title, Johnny Rea will be fastest on the Honda and top 3, and the other factory Ducati will prevent Spies from wining the title....which is a good thing since that means Ben can go GPs in 2010 and not be forced to stay and defend or win the WSBK in 2010.

I was just giving you ...., Migs. I think you've got it pretty spot on, Haga, Spies and Rea in a fight for the title.
