you will have access on sathurday and sunday, both including pit lane walk en village enterance. Let me know if you're interested.

Hi Russ

You certainly are lucky aren't you.

I am going over with 2 friends on the Thursday and then getting a coach to my parents in the South on Sunday.

Any info re accommodation, travel, prices etc etc blah blah would be really appreciated.

I am about to book my coach with Alsa and there is a degree of ambiguity with which station we'll need as there are 3 coach station with Valencia in the title:
Valencia
Valencia De Don Juan
Valencia D.Juan -Madrid
I am assuming it is "Valencia" not the others but if you could clarify that'd help.

Also, any ideas where the coach station is and how one gets to it from the circuit?

Seriously, any info at all would be a huge help. I hear there are some superb fiestas in Cheste around the time of the MotoGP. If you guys know how to get there, what day it will be on etc that also would be really useful.

Thanks in advance.

Mark

Hello Mark,

The Fiestas start in Cheste, (closest town to the track) on the Friday night and are not to be missed, it is normally a very sleepy little place but when the MotoGp is on it really comes alive, it is dead easy to get to since the local Policia will direct you via Cheste as you leave the circuit.

I think you will find that most accommodation has been filled, I managed to sort out one other lad from the forum but have others who want somewhere to stay and at the moment am unable to help. I only got back from UK today so will try and see if any of my friends around here can help out.

I do not use coaches as a means of transport out here but will have a look for you and see what I can find out, there is a Spanish bloke on here called Teo who may be able to give you far more info than I on that subject. The coach station will definitely be in Valencia itself however. There are buses that travel from Valencia to Bunol and they stop off at "La Carretta" (a pub/restaurant/hotel) at the entrance to the circuit. Don't know however where one would get on in Valencia.

Prices for B&B tend to be around the 35-40 euros per person per night.

hope all this helps

Russ

Russ

Thanks for the reply mate.

I reckon we'll be walking to Cheste as I haven't arranged a hire car. Is it far or would we need a taxi or some other means of transport?

Apparently the street the coach station is on is "Menendez Pidal Ave". Have you heard of it?

I suspect we'll be camping as most of the accommodation seems to be taken as you've suggested.

Thanks again for your reply mate.

Any more info is much appreciated.

\hello,

I would not recommend walking to Cheste from the circuit, it is a fiar way, bum a lift or whatever, the street that you mention certainly exists, just stuck it into my tomtom and it comes up
