Just discovered this forum, y'all seem like a friendly bunch, hope you don't mind a relative newbie to MotoGP racing hanging around, I'm still schooling myself on the MotoGP world, figured this forum would be full of info.
Peter

Attention: Anyone wishing to post must be aware of the side effects of inducing too much sanity into their posts. Such side effects include rapid blinking, confusion, and quite possibly a joke about Pedrosa's height.

I'm here all week guys

oh, that says it all at the moment!

Thanks for the warm welcome everybody

I doubt there are many Canadians on this forum, MotoGP riders don't use hockey sticks, although they do use pucks
<
Canadians sport of choice is hockey.
I took an interest in motorcycle racing 3 years ago, the only live race I've seen is a Canadian Superbike race, nowhere close to MotoGP level but still fun to watch. I follow AMA superbike also, my favorite rider is Miguel Duhamel who rides for Honda, Canadian of course

I know SmokinG is from Canada, not sure what part though. Past him, I'm not sure if we have any more. You a big Pascal Picotte fan? He and Steve Crevier are the only riders I know in Canadian SBK. I used to be a pretty big Picotte fan, still a good guy in my book.

Welcome to all Canadians, Just play friendly with the Yankies on here
<

Enjoy.

I haven't become a fan of any one rider yet, I kinda cheer for Honda in general,I've owned Hondas and Yamahas through the years, my latest bike was an '04 ST1300 PanEuropean, good bike for a guy in his 50's, it has lots of creature comforts
<

Picotte is a great rider, but I think Jordan Szoke is going to be the next Canadian Superbike top dog
Thanks again for all the welcomes

I didn't know Szoke was up there, I wondered what happened to him.
