You really can't beat Schumacher or Ferrari at Indy, it's not possible. So the whole Alonso winning every race for the remainder of the year theory is a bit out the window. Poor sod, he'll have to win the title by winning ALMOST every race... shame really.

I had heard that Michelin did bring a performance tire but advised all their teams not to run it as it was untested and stick with the rocks they provided everyone.

I really couldn't believe the turn one accident. Poor Scott Speed, I really wanted to see him do decently this weekend.

Montoya's fault for ramming Kimi up the A$$.

Unlucky for most that did not finish the race, however the crowd got their moneys worth this time around.

Saturday qualifying, prolly the most exciting qualifying all year, drag race to the first turn, Shumi with a new track record, with a V8

BTW, the crowd looked as big as last year if not BIGGER.

Montoya is a bit of a reckless git sometimes, when Hhe is on form he is on form.


However so far he still has not got a drive for next year, so god knows what he is thinking?????
