ah...good one Factory. I would suspect that if Pedro was healthy we might see a Honda in there somewhere to displace either a Ducati or Yamaha.

I think it is quite valid to question whether ducati with pre-valentino level funding anyway have had the capacity/resources to provide top-notch bikes for both factory riders. But why on earth would they de-tune hayden's bike to help stoner when nicky is the rider staying with them next year? It was a wet practice where engine power was presumably less important anyway; it is vaguely possible nicky just had a better set-up as he did for several early season races.
