Edmondson tells about plans for the future. Pretty vague, imo, and it looks like I might be wrong about FX levels of tune. Edmondson says only very minor changes to the two premier classes.
Edmondson is submitting his rules package to the FIM to see if other nations are interested in using AMA rules to run their own series. I said he was going to try to go global by using congruent rules. I think he wants to run a multi-national side championship by using national sanctioning bodies (to circumvent FIM control).
I'm a fan of Edmondson, but I wasn't aware that he had developed a rules package. The eligible equipment list is the only thing down on paper as far as I know. Maybe they have adopted power to weight behind the scenes?
