Doctored: MotoGP’s Obsession with Valentino Rossi

Actually it wasn't words, but a screen shot. Take a look at the 'next race counter' on the top right of the screen. Seems "361" days until our next race is a long time.

More interested in the number of notifications you have. Does that say 624?

Mick, bad timing man, I think the thread has been restored, lets not screw it up please. Pretty please, as a person who has supported forum civility. I beg you.
Yeah so I see... I had the urge to post while catching up - mid-quagmire... then the thread re-emerged like Renton from the toilet.

Going back to this, I was reading Matt Oxley's blog on Krops website about him attending the Movistar Yamaha launch.

Apparently there was a 20 minute press conference and most of the questions were directed at Rossi, and some at Lin Jarvis. It wasn't until 14 minutes into the proceedings that someone asked Jorge Lorenzo a question. I find this ridiculous that the reigning world champion is largely ignored...

I skimmed through the Movistar Yamaha launch on youtube. I found it interesting when Rossi was interviewed by Gavin Emmet that he was asked about how he was going to approach his attack for a 10th title, but when Lorenzo was introduced Emmet mentioned that it was his 3rd Premier Class win. All very true, but a subtle difference that shows favoritism towards making Rossi shine as bright as possible in all circumstances. I think they are terrified of him leaving the sport.

Thats a bugbear of mine and the originator of the article I linked in the first post of this thread. If Rossi is going for this tenth then:

Lorenzo is going for his 6th
Pedrosa is going for his 3rd
Marquez is going for his 5th
