Funny that because i thought i was the only one who saw something in stoner back in 2006. So what name were you posting under in 2005-2006 then ?

I don’t know I think it was aussie, but, I've had pinkie and god knows some others but pinkie which by the way was banned cauz I took the piss out one of the f__wits that was on this forum, and so many other turds as mediators in the past and didn’t get it or were just sore losers. But as far as your'e concerned chopper I’m surprised at you because you were more off the cuff and had a better sense of humour in the past! Maybe these days YOU TOO have joined all the other turds like in past and the now present! It must be contagious if you’re on this forum too long and that is why I only get on here in very rare and periodic spasms cauz I’m afraid I might catch something

Surely Scotty was CSAVAW - he was around back then I think, and the psycho posting style and use of CAPITAL LETTERS certainly match up

Nah, he was around about mid 07 along with all the other stoner brigade. The only aussies i remember back then were Richo who hated stoner and Kathlean.

Shame really that Stoner is leaving the sport. It is just another nail in the GP coffin as we move further and further away from the basis of the sport. Now maybe if they change things like....get rid of the spanish doushebags ruining the sport, and leave the rules the same for a tenish or so year period, would things start to get better. Maybe there is a chance for Stoner to regain his love for the sport and will to want to compete and win again. I for one would be happy to see him come back. Heck, we need all the fast consistent guys on the grid as possible. Yeah SBK is looking more and more like a fun time where GP puts you to sleep anymore. Damn shame all the way round.

I don't think he is cscvaw, but I don't think he is pinkie either.

Better then that Pommie Fucken .... Hole, you Pale Face Pom Poofter.......Im proud to be a Convict.......

Whoa - pre emptive strike or what? - obviously rattled your chains a bit.

My comments were not directed at you and nothing to do with any individuals nationality either - but thanks for revealing your latent xenophobia and pent up bigotry. Been to Oz on several occasions - loved it.

There is much to be missed without a Stoner on the grid. Regardless of how you feel about the guy and his lack of cheer and personality, he is damn good as a rider. He is exciting to watch, and he has racecraft that others can learn from. Maybe someday in the nearfuture he comes back to the sport. I for one hope so.

I'm going to miss his post race bitching. Seriously i am, that added some drama and was always good your a laugh on powerslide.

I think there comes a time in any sport when you have to admit you're done. Casey Stoner is a rider even I was aware of before I got into motogp just from the success he has had. I wish him a happy retirement if that is his choice. Besides, it opens up a ride for some new and maybe exciting talent.

Oh and Aussies are cool, one of my best friends is from down under.

As was posted earlier in the thread, I don't see it as a dissapointing end to his career. If you can retire from any motorsport at a young age with your health then it's a big positive. Casey knows his heart isn't in it anymore, and he's walking before he becomes a liability. He said himself how scary the moment was when he realised he was properly hurt at Indy. If you don't have 100% focus, then a GP bike is not a safe place to be.

Don't worry, I'm not gonnae turn all mournful about Casey going, everyone knows I'm not a fan, but I think he is going at the right time, I'll be surprised if he isn't secretly wishing he had retired last year and walked away as champion without the injuries.

I agree, it is what it is, and perhaps he should have retired before the season.
