Motorsport guys discussing Motorsport competitors on a Motorsport forum. How irrelevant.

Why don’t they just use the forum for its proper purpose, sneering at fellow posters?.

Always is amusing when you realize that some are not actually here to contribute anything of actual motorsport substance.

I'll never understand why some feel the need to tell others how to internet. When did this turn into a strictly vintage gp forum?

I hesitate to use the word irony, devalued/used inaccurately as it has been by the likes of Alanis Morissette, but oddly it would seem to be you and your fellow traveller who wish to proscribe topics of discussion on this forum.

You can discuss whatever you want as far as I am concerned, and as with all posters on here others will reply as they see fit depending on whether what you have to say interests them. If you don’t find what other posters have been discussing on this thread interesting, unless there are secret rules/proscriptions of which I am unaware you are entirely free to ignore said discussions.

Thanks for again reminding me how to internet old buddy.

I feel so free but yet so restricted. Did you ever think of just relaxing a little? That goes for the whole p police squad.

I didn't read the full thread, but frankly do not see the issue. Stoner in his interview makes a simple logical statement: Marquez is not unbeatable, others (whom I managed to beat in my career) have managed to beat him, so why shouldn't I have been able to?

Note that he doesn't say "I would beat Marquez tomorrow if I return". He says, "had I continued racing, why not". It's difficult not to agree with that.

Much to do about nothing.

As I said, what is ironic is that it is you who complains about topics of discussion of which you disapprove, and you who chooses to involve yourself in discussions others are having with no reference to you, positive or negative, to do so.

Perhaps you could also assay applying your vaunted sense of humour to yourself occasionally.

........ on all levels. You really are controlling and I am not falling for it. You were talking about people on the forum I can chose to join the conversation if I want. Otherwise I suggest having the conversation in private. Although we all know it will still end up on the forum anyway don't we? Grow up if you don't like my posts move on. If you can't do that then you need to start excepting the consequences. I don't know what happened between us and I'm sure I never will know. Luckily I quit caring long ago.

I swear if someone catches me in one of these relationship you my hurt my feelings debates again please fly to my home and kick my directly in the balls.

Oh, I get it, you're speaking figuratively.

I thought you went full Kaitlyn, no?

I will put this even more simply.

You are as incapable of injuring my feelings as you mostly are of making a cogent argument about pretty much anything.

I find it mildly irritating that you are seemingly oblivious while complaining about being condescended to and accusing others of lacking a sense of humour that this is usually in response to you condescending to others yourself and of you yourself never having displayed any sign of anything other than taking yourself completely seriously.

You can hate the rider who has historically been our main source of contention all you like, it is amusing in fact that you as much as anyone on here can't let him go when he is largely irrelevant. What I regret is taking a stand against personal abuse/criticism of other posters partly on your behalf.

I've heard this all before. I'm done defending myself to you. My post speak for themselves I don't need to explain them.

Sure you could have Casey...should put your money where your mouth is.
Indeed.

That sounds like regret to me. But if that's the case, you step up to the freaking ring and find out, rather than engaging in basically sore loser talk.

He could get a factory seat with 3, possibly 4 factories, at least one of whom can provide a championship winning bike. All he needs to do is ask.

So until he is ready to do that, he shouldn’t be talking shoulda-coulda.

Pretty much even the greatest Stoner partisans on here agree with you.

Also fairly general agreement that if actually asked the question there would seem to be no good reason for him to be obligated to automatically say MM would smash him either.

Stoner is the greatest rider motogp has ever seen. He can say what he likes.
