will never happen though, we'll have to make a real plan.
as i said ,big meetup at assen would be the most logical thing to do. still one of the best circuits in gp,certainly the one with the most history, big crowd and best of all its in holland. and its not that far to travel for most of the brits/euros here.
And close to where you live i suspect.

BM is nothing if not predictable. He will now find the most expensive air fare known to man at the most obscure time of the year possible - either via Branson's Virgin Galactica or by scram jet which no doubt he is contributing to the testing of.
Baz - give me a date you can come over (U.K. Spring - Autumn) and I'll source and arrange a competitively priced flight...no tin pot airlines I promise.

assen isn't really near me, at least compared to sachsenring/brno/le mans
but ok point taken, no meetup. i insist that at the very least rocket will be there to shoot me some good pics of this should it happen
I think you need to draw up a legal contract so should you buy the tickets and he fail to turn up, he will end up footing the bill. He will need to give you his name ,address visa detail's ect for you to purchase the plane ticket anyway.

I think videos of this physics defying backing in technique and barrys awesome carting and race craft skills are a must. Damn if he can stand being in the uk long enough im thinking a nice trip down to cornwall and catch some surf may be in order.
