To make this even more fun, During the F1 event, the Texas cops were apparently ticketing (!) people caught waling along the public roads near the track. So much for parking and/or camping in the neighbor's field (for a fraction of COTA's fees) and walking 5 minutes to the track.
What a fun bunch these Texans are!
