This of course will immediately change the moment you step off the plane and toe-jam down the stairs.  Having a foot injury for these meet ups is tradition...and fate.

Not this time Compa...preparation is going well. Been to see a sports psychiatrist so my head is in the right place. Been working hard since Daytona. Think this is the race where I don't have any ankle / toe injuries !

Another sleep successfully completed. 3 to go before I leave the gale force winds and rain of Shropshire and head to the rain of Texas
 
I'm excited about the hooters on the face, not so much that big ass snake. I think I need to add a machette to my luggage now. 
 
My buddy who was at F1 texted me this morning:

"Just a heads up they're weren't any power outlets for F1 at COTA im sure theyre might be a few more now but be prepared to lose power fast on phone cameras iPads etc... I took my iPad for pics and vid so I wouldn't waste the juice on my phone."

When I travel,


I always take a 3  plug splitter,


So I can always get juice even when the outlets are full, I just put my splitter on and everybody is happy
