Not the most exciting race ever, but with my favorite GP rider winning at my second favorite circuit, all I have to say is

i really hope no one else gets taken out. otherwise this year will be tainted and you get fanbois arguing that stoner was "gifted" the championship....



yes this was a racing incident, but when does multiple racing incidents become recklesness?

No, it really isn't.

All this weekend the riders were talking and moaning about how difficult it is to generate and maintain tire temps on the left side.

(See Krop's article.)



So, what happens?!

Racetime! It's cold. Freaking cold! With very light drizzle falling. Tire temps are gong to be critical.

First lap. First left hand corner. Everyone is super cautious.... Everyone EXCEPT SASQUATCH!

Sure as hell, IQ-30 overcooks the Death Corner and flings the bike down the road...



The least the ...... could have done was to help J-Lo get going ASAP. What a goober.

i doubt they can do anything about it, his terms of his support are in gresinis contract... so they cant stop giving him parts even if they wanted to.

I know that guy. I took a MSF safety course about 30 something years ago, and he was the guy who told me

he'd ridden his Goldwing across country three times and never once used his front brake for fear of going

over the bars.

I'm curious to hear peeps thoughts on the GP11.1.46



Or do we still need to wait for Mugello? Then Laguna, then...



Is the GP11.1 really another set of winglets?



And another curious question, would Rossi fare better on Karel's bike?

Yes it happened at the start of the race. So given the amount of laps remaining its concevable anything could have happened during the race that either of both rider's could have lost places or dnf, but even so you mock Rossi's 4th by claiming 7th. At what point do we assume their track position would be their finish position ?

There obviously now heading in the right direction as he finished 13.5 secs ahead of if assen loving team-mate.

u know jumk i like simoncelli... he's fast & predictably unpredictable & great fun to watch but i must admit i was glad to see him make his mistake behind ben. he was the only guy who could have really challenged spies for the win or worse & what i was worried about was the 2 of them pullin away then fighting it out, which would have been fantastic by the way, only to see simo crashin & takin ben out. he just needs to settle down & start using his head! his racecraft sucks! u would think being such good friends with arguably the most masterful racer of all time he could get a few pointers. or maybe rossi should just go sit him down & have a man to man chat with him.... but then again.....

My apology. Ur right. There is a chance Rossi would hav beat Sic & Lorenzo straight up.... As it is, VR actually did beat them.

I'm curious to hear opinions on Nicky being 4 seconds (per lap!!!) slower than Lorenzo.

Congrats to Ben, he was the class of the depleted field in shiesty conditions.



Sorry I'm feeling a bit violated.
