Barcia might have a shot if it wasn't for a severe case of asthma after 2 laps. I think it would be safe to say he has dropped position in every 450 race he has ever been in.

I was at the Houston race, got to meet Dean Wilson and Jason Anderson before the race, both made comments that the dirt was terrible and Dean said the whoops were the worst he'd ever seen had they been better he would have raced.... also caught Tomac right as he was giving a TV interview, I shouted a question out "what kind of suspenders will you be wearing?" not sure it made it on air, Tomac did not react, but everyone around him did, lol.

Interesting opening. Roxzen been gifted. I'm unsure of tomac and musqin return. But hell if. A start.

i root for anderson, but past seasons..he aint for rhe fight.

fast rider, super fast bike. But he gets desttoyed in clode quarters.

Im still on musquin. Depending on recovery. Brutal season. Week in week out. Flat. No rest.

I dont follow American sport news, so have no idea on the martian. But if strong he is the best xontender.

The Whoops are still Musqin's Achilles heel, and A2 will have even more then Houston, but with the different format that they are running this weekend I dont think he can afford to miss

I don't know what that abomination was but I'm not watching SX anymore. That was garbage. If I wanted to watch 3 mains, I'd go play Mario Cart

Agreed, I did not like the triple crown format, and I am not sure I like the new format they are running in the non triple crown races... Tomac finally got a win, but Anderson is starting to run away with the championship if he remains consistent he will be the champ.

Enjoying the track layout this weekend. Fast track, multiple lines.

can someone tell me if track design is same year after year at each venue, or does the design vary year after year?

They change each year. They have gotten very good at learning how to make the most out of each stadium. The tighter baseball stadiums will be similar in layout each year beaause they don't have the space as the football fields. Anaheim for example is tight. They can vary in size drastically.

What does tend to stay the same year to year is the dirt. Which is why you see riders that prefer certain venues. They store it inside for safe keeping year to year. Don't ask me the logistics of storing dirt.

Very good race last night, loved the track lay out, they were having issues with the track during qualifying with it being very sticky and heavily rutted.

as far as I know the dirt is all local, I am not sure how/where they keep it, but I did hear that the dirt in Anaheim was filtered.

I haven't kept up with SX at all. Anybody got a reason I should tune in?

I can't vote as I know none of them, but you could have humoured the un knowledgeable, by putting in an extra like "the best" :D

with Roczen out for the season, and Tomac and Musquin both missing a race, Jason Anderson has just about locked up the championship. The 450 class has been rather boring this season, the better racing has been in the 250 class.
