We know Pedrosa and Lorenzo are fast, and they have the best rides. Rossi is still a bit of an unknown; we will need to see his times at a dry test to know; he is a wily competitor though. Next unknown is Marcy Marc; I reckon fast but inconsistent. Bradl's getting upgrades I'm not to sure about Crutchlows satellite ride, but if Tech 3 remains much the same, Bradl and Cal will be much of a muchness. The best hope for Ducati I believe are the new/old GP riders. Ben's gonna be majorly pissed after this year. We will see him shine, along with Dovi. That mean can be seriously fast. IF, a big IF they can get the Ducati to work they may be able to catch up to the satellites. How much of a joke is Ducati Corse when it's an accomplishment to beat a B team factory effort. If Ducati don't make improvements; ART will surpass them half the time. So based on this and what I know now my prediction for the top ten end of season standings 2013.

Pedrosa

Lorenzo

Rossi

Crutchlow

Marquez

Bradl

Dovisioso

Spies

Hayden

Lannone

Pedders and Lorenzo within 20 points after sharing the top spots in all but a couple of races.

Rossi mostly third scavenging second when opportunity arises.

Crutchlow 3 3rds. Stops crashing.

Bradl 2 3rds consistent finisher.

Marquez a mix of top 3's but loses points to DNF's

Wanna bet Bautista beats them there Ducati's?
<

Forgot him and Bradley. Oh well predictions made. I'll stick to it.

I'll bet that a Ducati, anyone, will be in front, on points, of a satellite jap bike at the end of year standings.

Wager??

Sod it I'm going to stick my neck out!

1 Pedrosa

2 Lorenzo

3 Rossi

4 Crutchlow

5 Bradl

6 Marquez

7 Bautista

8 Hayden

9 Dovi

10 Spies.

I cant believe Bautista wont be in the top 10 BG or did you forget him?
<

Edit: Danm I forgot bout Bradders, cheers Krop

8 Smith,

Hayden Dovi and Spies all +1

Who? Ha! Yeah did forget, he's on a satellite Honda with Showa forks, insert him in the middle ish...

As for Perders and JLo, pretty much interchangeable, if Pedro has another injury free season he could defiantly win a WC. On his day he is faster than Lorenzo but Lorenzo and the Yam will be relentless.

I've toyed with this idea for a while,

Ducondaha is going to be an unknown entity with new input from ze germans.

And Bradders is likely to be the back marker as the satellite bikes go,

Close call really!

But sod it you only live once!

What would you like to wager BWB my friend! I'll have a slice o that pie

I'll put up a bottle of Booker Noe small batch bourbon. Retail about $100 aus. Posted to your door.

Lorenzo, Pedrosa, Rossi to be the three podium sitters - every race. Marquez to charge through time and again but ultimately to fail to beat any of them. Season end will see him with a solid 4th place in the championship.

Bradl, Crutchlow, Smith, Bautista to fight it out in the midfield (I predict Smith will surprise some people - it was the bike, not his talent, holding him back last year. Anyone notice what his team-mate did? Smith outscored Simeon 5:1) Bautista to take the lion's share of 5th places unless Bradl pulls his finger out and gets to grips with the new factory-spec Honda, in which case, he will be pushing for Marquez's 4th places.

Spies to sit behind Ianonne and Dovizioso all season. Hayden to lead the Ducati challenge but battle mostly with Espargaro, De Puniet and Iannone. Guile and bollocks might be the telling factor in the closing stages of a race. Nicky can just lay down lap after lap of consistent times, especially on worn rubber.

Espargaro and De Puniet to continue on the way they did last year, but with tech upgrades making them even more embarrassing to competitive with Ducati.

Avintia Blusens and Ioda - if they continue will continue to sit at the tail of the field - although the tech upgrades to the CRT bikes may surprise.

Colin Edwards/Paul Bird to continue to be irrelevant.

Dovi will really struggle with the handling of the Ducati. Audi will send him to a sanatorium.

So Dovi is going to be one of the lead Duc's and have handling problems to get sent to a sanatorium!?

More likely the Pieman to the Madhouse!!!

I blame his mum

I think Lorenzo and Rossi will take enough points of each other by sharing the wins that it will allow Pedrosa and maybe Marques to steal the championship. Cal Crutchlow will get on the podium at least twice in the next season, maybe more.

That's as much as I dare to predict given my limited knowledge of the sport so far.

1 Lorenzo

2 Pedrosa

3 Rossi

4 Marquez

5 Crutchlow

6 Bautista

7 Bradl

8 Dovizioso

9 Hayden

10 Spies

11 Iannone

12 Smith

Lorenzo will win the title thanks to consistency, should have become mature enough for not getting derailed by Rossi's syko bullshitting.

I believe the closest race will be for P4 between Marquez, Crutchlow, Bautista and Bradl.

Smith will suck badly, will probably land around P6 rather early and then decline, like Toseland. Hopefully gets fired at the end of the season, ugly little shitbrat.

As for the Ducs.. riders without fire or experience, shaken-up team - can't see to much improvement over 2012.
