Well we may as well get this one going. As noted in the 2012 thread I was very wrong about last season. Let's see how wrong I can be again.

1 Lorenzo

2 Pedrosa

3 Rossi

4 Bradl

5 Marc

6 Cal

7 Dovi

8 Spies

9 Iaonnie (I know I ...... the .... out of that spelling job but I'm on my phone)

10)Hayden

I think MM ends up with a win or two, Bradl none but more consistent.

would love to be optimistic and say Rossi but i think he will do fairly well.

1.Lorenzo

2.Rossi (wishful thinking
<
)

3.Pedrosa

1. rossi

2. lorenzo

3. MM

4. pedro

i agree i think hayden will do much better than spies. honestly after the season spies has had on a great bike i cant imagine him doing well at all on the duc.

1 Pedrosa (the Honda is faster, the Yamaha will lose its advantage)

2 Lorenzo (will need a miracle to defend his title)

3 Rossi (still has it, but not enough to beat Pedrosa and Lorenzo regularly enough to win a title. 4 wins in 2013)

4 Marquez (Very special, very fast, will win at least 2 races, will be on pole very quickly, will hurt himself badly and miss at least one race due to injury, and will be showered with criticism about his reckless riding style. He won't care).

5 Crutchlow (will get more podiums than in 2012, but needs to be a little bit more perfect to actually trouble the front runners)

6 Bradl (will make big steps forward. Could end up ahead of Crutchlow. Will get his first podium)

7 Bautista (Another solid season, struggling with the Showa suspension at some tracks)

8 Hayden (first signs of improvement among the Ducatis. Podiums still too far off)

9 Smith (will do much better than anyone expects)

10 Dovizioso (will sit at home counting his money)

11 Spies (will sit at home counting his money)

12 Iannone (will impress a few times, run close to the front sometimes, will crash a lot. And I mean a lot. Will score either the best or the 2nd best race result for a Ducati in 2013).

13 Espargaro will have the edge over De Puniet again (14)

Feel free to quote this and then mock me in 10 months time.

No need to wait. We already mock you daily.

Peddles - Seems for the first time actually capable of winning the title. Injuries will determine the outcome.

Lorenzo - A very close 2nd.

Rossi - already winding up the mind games. The Yamaha garage will be a toxic snake pit by season's end.

Bradl

Markie - who will get dragged behind the garage and soundly thumped at least once during the year.

Crutchlow

In no particular order.

Hayden - starts humming "Road to nowhere" one morning and finds he can't stop. Will need to re-double his prozac dosage.

Dovi - off to see Melandri's shrink after being caught stealing Nicky's pills.

Spies - still checked out and slow. With Tom in da House-worth, the technical dysfunction will continue.

Crazy Joe - Duc's last, best hope. I don't think he'll crash quite as often as some predict. He's mad, but not an ......

CTR riderz - who cares? No, really! Who.Freaking.Cares?

2) Possibly Laguna

3) Brno

4) Silverstone

Probably better off staying at home and watching on TV

My Shot at it:

  1. []Pedrosa wins his first and only title (Then retires)

    []Rossi

    []Lorenzo

    []Crutchlow

    []Marquez(HRC favors him over Bradl)

    []Bradl

    []Dovi

    []Bautista

    []Hayden

    []Spies

    []Smith

    []Iaononne

I've got a feeling that the Ducati will come good towards the end of the season.

I also think that Bradl is a better rider than Marquez. I don't think he will get the support that he needs to prove it.

Depends what rules get changed just before the season starts and what race direction do during the season

so cant predict anything..

1 - Pedrosa - unless injured

2 - Lorenzo

3 - Rossi

4 - Bautista

5 - Marquez

6 - Crutchlow

7 - Hayden

8 - Bradl

9 - Spies

10 - Dovi

1. Rossi

2. Marquez

3. Pedro

4. Crutchlow

5. Lorenzo

6. Bradl

7. Spies

I predict Pedro wins the first three races then gets injured.

Lorenzo, despite being clearly the fastest, will have a lot of mystery problems and two blown engines ruining his season, we will call him the new Spiesenzo, if not for bad luck he would have no luck at all.

Rossi will wash the sand out of his 'gina and ride like a man again, shaking off the Great Ducati Depression he was suffering. Second rate bikes sure do suck eh mr 80% isa da rider, 20% isa da bike. While he may not be the fastest, mostly about half a second behind Lorenzo during qually, his bike will run faultlessly, the tires will suit him, he will rack up the points with consistency.

Marquez will go crazy at the start and bash into Lorenzo whenever he can using his patented punting overtaking manuevers. Eventually Lorenzo convinces race direction to ban him for one race.

Upon his return Marquez will finish the season with 4 wins and push Rossi for the title but just miss out.

Ezy will rejoice in his MMotoVR golden eggs and all will be well again with the world, until.............cue ominous music..............................

.......................someone comes out of retirement for PI 2013, then signs on for 2014.......................Mick Doohan!!!!!!! Those demonstration laps rekindled his fire, he's ready for another fiver!!!!!!!!
