BEN posted something that got me thinking....

October 28, 2006 Valencia, MOTO GP, last race, no dought it'll will be "epic".

BUT, then what??...every year i dred the last race. cause i know for the next 5 months there's nothing to watch...

so i pose the question....NOW WHAT?
what do you do in the off season?

From a forum point of:

Its funny, coz last season I really thought the forum would die down, but it did the opposite - it got busier!!

I think Teo's picure game helped a lot, coz that got quite addictive! In general, the lounge was quite busy- its a good time to get to know people and chill out from racing.

Plus - theres loads of rumours in the off season,so that should keep us goss bags busy! haha

From my point of view, I'll be using the time to work on the site and work on my bike - making sure both are in tip top condition!

Plus we've got winter testing to look assess, all 800's posting times- should be interesting!

Yo could always take up knitting

Or as my boyfriend does most of the time.............polish the bike!

Oh and there's bound to be a dvd of this years races out by crimbo!

I'm going to take a pottery class....and an intro course in basket weaving.....

...damn I hate the winter blues.....weather north of Boston sucks in the winter....

I got an Idea, let's work together to make a South Asia-Oceianic Superbike championship, cuz it's hot as hell back home in December, it can run in the MotoGP off season, then rest while MotoGP season runs. Could go to tracks like The Island, Sepang, Qatar, Eastern Creek, that one in NZ (Forgot the name) and all that.... all we need is a few billion dollars to get it all up and running...

I plan on playing ALOT of Moto GP on my xbox in the off season. Hoping the off season detox isn't to bad.
