I like your opening sentence because I think it may indicate a real willingness to move on. It's not unrealistic to expect some bumps or items to tidy up after such a protracted dispute.

I think we've all been doing a reasonable job of keeping the peace. I appreciate the disappearance of the music video you posted. Frankly I've been genuinely impressed. However, looks like we've identified a flash point. We are all free to do whatever, but if you could please kindly refrain from directly quoting me (and it seems JK has similar expectation), it would be honestly appreciated. You're not required as you correctly say. There was no agreement, I think we've all had our say. Simply put Kesh, it helps keep the peace because our interactions in the past have led to very charged and toxic discussion, plus frankly there really is no need to quote me, you can still make your point of discussion without a direct quote. We do this all the time, posting without a quote. I've refrained from quoting you because I don't want to interact for reasons that we've rehashed way too many times. I'm only speaking for myself Kesh.

Obviously some others may not fully grasp it here, they don't have a real stake other than being annoyed to read posts of this nature, but each of us have our buttons, I'm sure they do too, i know they do too. In fact I could point out to a man posts of those chiming in who have reacted strongly to opinions they disagreed with, that is to say, we all have our flash points, no shame in that, I'm as guilty, after all we are human. (For example, i'd be pissed too if someone disrespected and mocked dead veterans who honorably served their country, why, because I have family serving now and dead friends who served, others here have reacted to some other issue they have a close connection because it touches a real nerve, fair enough). Unfortunately Kesh, our flame war became very personal, it touched these kinds of nerves, 'right or wrong', it did. We can say, it's a sore issue, i think we can all relate too this.

Kesh, if you remember we had made an agreement not to interact at all, quoting or otherwise, but that was in the past, now as you say we have no agreement, actually I like that because we are free to exercise our free will. I think this is more meaningful, which based on your recent posts you may recognize it's value. I'm asking you please, (reading through JK's posts, he seem ask the same, though he can clarify himself as I speak for myself) I would greatly appreciate if you could refrain from making any direct interaction, including a quote. Again, I speak only for myself as I'm only in control of me. I think we can ALL relate to not wanting to interact with some people. The spark for conflict could be avoided in this way. Our flash points can be minimized with a little mindfulness and practicality. Its a simple 'request', I don't think it's unreasonable in the context of our ugly flame wars. If you respect my 'request' I thank you in advance Kesh. Cheers.

Rossi had no options but hope Yamaha marketing offered him a contract because he burned all his bridges.

Or

Rossi has left previous manufacturers in a fit of capricious self-entitlement, unlike Lorenzo who has options.

Or

Rossi couldn't get the pen fast enough out if his pocket to sign despite him pronouncing he would wait several races to make his decision, because the Italian realistically had no options.

Or

Rossi is still using the media as puppets to foment the longest whine in sports history over the sour grapes he wasn't good enough to win the title despite massive attrition.

Or

In 10 years time no one will remember that statement. But in 50 years time people will see Jorge Lorenzo was the 2015 Word Champ

Rossi never had the balls to have equal teammates. When a real teammate, Lorenzo started beating him, Rossi took his ball-less .... and went to Ducati, and now tries to goad Lorenzo to leave.

Lorenzo on the other hand, didn't care who his teammates are, even though he had chances to block it.

Since Lorenzo has been in MotoGP he's won 3 titles to Rossi's 1. Stoner and Marquez have a 2-1 lead, the goat does look so great with those stats matey.
 
I'll have you know that in the last year Lorenzo has one every MotoGP title going. He's the man!
With these stats the rest of the field are just rubbish!
