WSBK Assen

Like i said, its a team sport. If everyone said , Carlos no, we want to go with slicks and he overrode their wishes, then its on him. I have not seen where that is the case though. And until then, i will let the whole team share in the blame.

Well using your logic, there are plenty of opinions that you should take back, since you apparently need to read all the decision making process in an official press release. Maybe Checa should present his birth team certificate to make sure he really is part of the team, eh? How do we know he is even on the team? Obviously he is going against his team's wishes, maybe he is a mole from another team?

Lets assume they told him we think you should use the rain tires, how exactly does this not make it ultimately HIS DECISION?

Ultimately it is the rider's decision. Checa, with or without bad info, is responsible for the choice. For a buck-stops-here kinda guy you are being particularly obtuse. Every rider's team has access to extensive weather telemetrics but tire choices are at the rider's behest.

Lip service. Hes only buck-stops-here when its convenient. Its a team sport when ever Pov feels like it, and its an individual sport when he wants to stroke Casey.

Brett McCormick update from his FB page:

Hey everyone! Finally settled in at home able to give another update.

I want to thank every one of you for the unbelievable support through this. You are all amazing and reading all of the messages and support keeps a big smile on my face!

I am lucky to have the family, friends, and fans that I do, and I appreciate all of it!

Neck is feeling good, doctors decided the break is stable enough there is no need for surgery which is great news. I'll be in a neck brace until the bone heals then get back training. Other cracked vertebrae in my back are very minor so only need time to heal, same with 2 slight rib fractures. I got surgery on my thumb yesterday to make sure it will heal 100% perfect. Now it's just time to soak up positive energy, relax, and watch NHL playoffs until I'm healed up! Go Flyers!

I'll post updates on here and my twitter page so you guys can follow the recovery process! I'm hoping to be riding in 2 months, so send some positive energy my way to speed the recovery! BRAAAAAPPP!

And a photo...
