Go Zemke
Go Hacking
Go <strike>Mladin</strike> oh wait, he pussied out.
Why did he ..... out? There's no chance of him doing anything on the bike he's on.... so why would he bother? Is that Matt's fault, or DMG's?
It's a fair point to say that Mladin chickened out from the world stage. I have no disagreement there.....except to say that he has been there.....and been less than succesfull. Yes, he's arrogant, and single minded, but I believe he's probably been the greatest advocate of the sport, and the riders, (and very much the safety issues) in the USA in the past 2 decades.

If nothing else, Mladin has done the best for his family, that you could, reasonably expect, from someone, that many people call, a, for want of a better word, ".....", in that he didn't chase a dream that maybe he couldn't realise.

We are talking about WSBK not AMA Son.

Also, I said I can handle him not going to the world stage citing family reasons, but this is totally different. Its a one off, AT HOME, with his family, in the country where he resides. He travels from coast to coast in the US. This race is in Utah, almost the middle of the country. There is no conflict of schedule, he would be on a GSXR (the same brand he's on right now) and it would be a "real" Superbike to boot (which he has complained the AMA Superbike is NOT). It would be on a familiar track (advantage) and with a familiar rival (Spies). This is an opportunity of a lifetime. He's in shape, he'd be on a Suzuki, he'd be at home, he'd be on a familiar track, he'd be near his family, he'd be on the world stage, he'd dispell the idea that he couldn't hack it with world class riders (which he goes out of his way to claim he could run with them if only he was on a good bike, which he would be), etc. etc. etc. Sorry bro, there is just no other way to put it: IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT BROTHA! HE PUSSIED OUT!

I typed it in English, so you know I'm "right".

Interesting, now Mladin is claiming he was never offered a ride.
