It's a fair point to say that Mladin chickened out from the world stage. I have no disagreement there.....except to say that he has been there.....and been less than succesfull. Yes, he's arrogant, and single minded, but I believe he's probably been the greatest advocate of the sport, and the riders, (and very much the safety issues) in the USA in the past 2 decades.
If nothing else, Mladin has done the best for his family, that you could, reasonably expect, from someone, that many people call, a, for want of a better word, ".....", in that he didn't chase a dream that maybe he couldn't realise.
