best ya go back and play with ya teddy bears then.

Think your name is Neil Hogdson
<

Careful with what you say Marbs. How many WSB titles does Nori have under his belt? One less than Mr. Hodgson. And how many whiz quizzes has Nori failed? One more than Mr. Hodgson. Nitro Neil has a pretty sterling record in comparison to old Nori.

Yeah, and Neil is from Burnley, which is in Lancashire, which is where I'm from.................Lancashire has a habit of producing WSBK champs

What's wrong with Neil Hodgson?

The only thing I don't like about him is how he went to the states all confident that he could lift the AMA title from Mat Mladin. Good plan, Ducati. Worked like a charm too. If they really wanted the AMA title they should have sent their own Aussie weapon Bayliss (Fight fire with fire, not with a pom)

What? Apathetically, I don't know .... about Neil other than he's a pom and he's won a WSBK championship. If I'm missing somthing, take the time to fill me in Frosty

I'll get in on thise as I am a Hodgson fan. Hodgson's is one of those 'never say die' stories and had quite a bit of bad luck until he came good with GSE Ducati in 2000 as he won the BSB Championship. After that he was a consistant challenger in WSB until he won the title in 2003 and people can piss and moan all they want about no one being in the series but he did beat 1996 and 2005 champ Troy Corser, 2004 champ James Toseland, 2004 MotoGP Rookie of the Year Ruben Xaus, GSX-R 1000 armed and 2005 BSB Champion Gregorio Lavilla. He is the first rider to ever have a legitimate shot at winning the big three SBK titles. Yeah you can argue Troy Bayliss could do it and he is one of those guys who has a chance, just like Hodgson. But the fact of the matter is that he hasn't. Troy raced here in the early part of 2000, just the 200 I believe. His results? (And I don't mean to bash) DNF.

Talk as much as you want about how Neil got embarrassed in the AMA in 05, or MotoGP in 04, or he beat a bunch of nobodies in 03 or how his first stints in WSB and Grand Prixs were busts. But keep in mind, Neil Hodgson has qualified a 500cc machine on the front row, won WSB races as a wild card, won a BSB title, won a WSB title, ridden a 990cc four stroke and won an AMA SBK race. Name a single rider who has done all of that and I will take everything back.

Yeah, Ooost, just finished reading that interview you reccomended with Hodgson. The guy seems like a real fighter. He's been around for a while lurking through different championships and teams. Still, as long as he stays in AMA, I won't hear about him. All we hear down here is when Mladin wins another championship. It sucks the big one.

Well well well time for a good ol shitfight agreat way to pass the time to the beginning of the season

Well whinging Hodgson's title is not worth a tin of s, and I'll tell you why. Recall the great battle of Bayliss and Edwards in what ever year it was, anyway they both moved on the MotoGP, all the Manufacters pulled out of SBK except Duc.

So all we had was field full of Duc's, and guess who should show up on the works bike with all the good gear with the best team, jezz the guy couldn't help but win the title it was a bit of a no contest all the good riders were gone too. Now if call that a proper championship then go a ahead but ya dreaming. After that he moved on to MotoGP and is now hiding in America. You pom's going on about how wonderful he is, really. I'll give it to ya he is real gutsy trier never say die kinda guy, but then he just whinges like a pom cause he dosn't like Nori riding close to him, I think that just shows he's a bit weak in the head it phases him.

Ooost my friend think this year might be Nori's year, no matter who ever wins this 2006 title they will be a worthy champion!!!!!!!! not like the ones since that last Bayliss/Edwards battle, and will be worth way more than Hodgson's one.

with u all the way marbs.......... U BLOODY .... STIRRER

LETS b honest neil went to ama for the good money and hes bin a record as saying the moneys very good,

HA! EVIDENCE! This, my freinds, is the context in which Nitro Nori is dangerous. Up against inferior riders who aren't fond of or good at paint swapping.

Speaking of trading paint how good would this be for a race: Doohan in his prime vs. Haga on the same bikes. That would be a real bloody fight.... that is, if Nori could keep up.

Because no matter how good the talent in that class was there is no arguing with you two the significance of the factory Ducati. Marbles makes it seem like Norrick Abe could have shown up that year and won the title.

Ooost mate you could have turned up that year on the works Duc in that team and won the championship
<
<

And really BSB and AMA don't really rate they are a level below WSBK so whats he really done, not a lot.

I dunno, Marbs. He's brave. I certainly wouldn't complain about Haga then go out and race with him again, because you know the Kamikaze Kid (Haga) would see him, think "DISHONOUR, FOREIGN DEVIL!!!" and buy him a one way ticket to the kitty litter.

Abe can win things? You learn somthing everyday I guess
