What are the Riders Doing in the Summer Break??

anyone know what each of the Motogp riders are doing in the summer break?

I know Stoner is in australia, just doing endurance work and media stuff.

What are rossi, hayden and pedrosa doing? Testing? or taking a break?

Im pretty sure Rossi goes to Ibiza to get pissed and frolick with pretty girls...lucky .......

but that temperature at this time of the year really deserves

We have two seasons here ... summer and super summer!

Anyway, Chris was on tv the other day at a dirt track meet in Brisbane traching some really young kigs about bikes ... let's call it an investment in our next generation!

i dont think there aloud to do any testing during the break. i expect rossi will be sniffing around elizabeta ,asimo will be charging his batterys and hayboy will be doing chores around the farm.

Didn't see Rossi tho

Checa is snowboarding according to his website... not that anybody cares... lol.

Rossi will be testing, he'll be obsessed with beating Casey after the break.

Lorenzo was at Laguna, he commentated the race for Spanish TV. Went out a couple of night, got kicked out of a pub cause apparently you need to be 21 to get a beer in California.
Next day he bribed the guy at the door.

Hehehe, he doesn't race GP anymore but "The Go Show" is racing in the Australian National Superbike series (known as the; YMF Loan Australian Superbike Championship) in Australia riding a ZX10R #17.
After 7 of 8 rounds Athony Gobert is in 16th position on 69pts, 256 behind the leader Jamie Stauffer YZF R1 #1 (who just finished 9th in the Suzuka 8hr where he partnered Norick Abe)

The 8th & final round is on 17-19 Aug at Eastern Creek raceway (Old GP followers will remember this track where Creville took out Mick Doohan)

Stauffer would have been 5th at the 8 Hour if it wasnt for a ...... oil leak

Great show none the less, I also hear he and the Yamaha Aus team are heading to the AMA for a few wildcard rounds later this season.. Should be interesting.. He will be competing in AMA SSTK as our SBK bikes are pretty well equivelant to their SSTK bikes..

actually rog i think they can test if they wanted to. the test ban is only from early dec to jan 21st of the following year. they can't test at any upcoming tracks on the calander brno, misano, estoril, motegi, pi, sepang or valencia. they could test anywhere else tho.
