Did you miss the 125cc race then? Rookies is alright, but I found it the least exciting race at all the GP's i've visited with it in tow.

I hear really good things about Austin, but in the grand scheme of things it may as well be flyover. It's not New York, LA or Chicago. And in this context, there are no major tracks nearby. Flyover.

Well, I'm not objective in that matter as the only Nrowegian anwhere near MotoGP attended, but I noticed two things:
- about 75% of the people stayed for the rookie race this year, compared to maybe 20% last year.
- in our section of the track this was by far the race that raised most entusiasm on race day.
(well, except maybe rossi's run though the backend of the field.)

well all i can say is the races i've seen live & highlites on motogp.com have been spectacular! the race at indy was suberb! as you can gather by babel & jumkies enthusiasm these races need your attention.

That's me here in the States. Seriously, if any of you can catch a few races on Youtube of last year's Laguna Rookies cup, you will se that the cup had the best, bar none, racing of any series in 08. Ask Roger to recall the finish to you.

Do you know what.....I'm just going to shut up and read!

American Rookies Cup Champion, Benny Solis and Hayden Gillum have been picked up by the Euro MotoGP Rookies Cup.

Also, does anybody know the latest on JD Beach, the Euro MotoGP Rookies Cup champ? Last I read he was gonna ride a 600 in the AMA. Perhaps this is the mystery rider for Kawasaki?

Haven't heard anything about him in quite some time.
