His pace will be just as fast as the people in the front but he will be 14 places away. He will pass the slower people but will be far away once he passes all the slower people.
Who knows maybe they will slow down to conserve tires and will allow him to catchup.

As mentioned b4 this is Gibbers biggest chance of grabbing that maiden win this year.
He has the Beema, Rossi in 15th and I agree 4th will be his best shot also or bin it..
But with Melandri and Hayden breathing down his neck it wont be easy.
Better stuff from Biaggi too i may add.
Now lets see Vale tear up the place..

look we all know wot this man rossi can do but i just think its a race to far for him,
hes bin looking tired and with all these probs of late it will b a massive achevement if he gets on the podium, cant c it meself, if he was on a honda id bak him to win it but not this time on the yam,, still think the honda is a great bike

also if u think rossi can win 2day then hes gotta do sumthing he hasnt done all year... and thats make a decent start
If rossi gets through the first corner sweet and takes some healthy places he will be a huge threat cause he will ride the .... off that machine even if its not up in the league of the hondas!!
I can feel that Gibbers and melandri will both come together in a heated battle which will end up in the kitty-liter.

Ok Ok i was a little off but how good was that ride by vale. Imagine the outcome if he was to start on the 1 row of the grid. Once again i feel sorry for gibbers, just so quick in QP every week and always something goes wrong. Full credit to Melandri and Hayden who both did not make any mistakes the whole race.
Bring on next season! Looks like Vale may need to get himeself a Honda again! Jokes

A top race even if it was watching the cat and mouse up the front with Hayden and Melandri,and Rossi playing catch up,and come the last lap he was'nt far off the mark,but third was respectable saying he started 15th,but again Nicky and Marco,showing when they have to do it,they can !would love to of seen with a tad more effort from Nicky,but this is showing these two will be the ones next season, taking the fight to Rossi,with both of them now, with the regular taste of podium places !
wonderfull race!nicky was just looking for a place to pass melandri, he was so close!rossi was good, solid 3th, realy nice ride from 15th place. melandri was clearly the best this weekend.
gibernau, it's just sad..he realy hasn't the good luck on his site, who could imagine that he now would have a blown up engine???maybe now the pressure is off him, he could start winning again next season. no one has a expectation from him for next season, at least, I haven't
bit off topic now: now the season has ended, I realy hope that eurosport will change their commercials in between the races, I realy can't stand that commercial any longer with the suzuki bandit, that fat guy and the old lady! so annoying

I think this time it was Honda the one to blame. I think this is the 2nd time mechanical problems affect Sete in one year, so much for the Honda reliability. Sete must be eager to leave Honda.
Anyway congrats to the race winners (Melandri, Pedrosa & Kallio) and to the champions ! (Luthi, Pedrosa & Rossi).

we all love moto gp cus we r mad on it but today wasnt a classic, it still hd us hooked hoping for a overtake other than rossi, well dun marco.. roll on nex season..

What a great race. I thought for sure Rossi was going to reel in Hayden and Melandri and relegate them to another battle of the bridesmaids. Beautiful riding by Rossi to even make it on to the podium. Hayden and Melandri I couldn't have asked for anything more... well maybe Hayden shoving it up the inside in the final corner when MM got a bit sideways but I won't get greedy and I'll take the race as it was one of the best all season. I can't wait for rider line ups to get sorted out for 2006 so we can get back to testing and build for Jerez 2006.

ooost we must have differant tastes m8, wot make it a brilliant race apart from 15th to 3rd? just a average race that i wont b watching for a couple of weeks at least cus ive watched it twise,, wen its a classic ive normally watched it bout 5 times by now

Vale 15th - 7th after 1 lap good ride from him as always, made the race that bit more interesting but he knew he was not going to win from back there.

Tony Elias a good solid 10th lets see some kick ... rides on the moviestar Honda next year should be some good dices with Marco.
Ryuchi Kiyonari managed to finish and score 4 points well done there.
I like to mention Chris Ellison also, best of the backmarkers on the WCM a nice solid ride on this inferior machine, until a mechanical failure.....I really hope he gets a better ride for next year to really show his potential.

gibbers is CURSED!!! plain & simple. either that or he was sabatoged. fresh start next season with ducati. i hope he has better luck! all three races kinda percetional really. except the last lap, last corner pass & attempted pass in the 125 & big class. & of course rossi's slash & dash up to 3rd. do we really expect anything less from him ? melandri & hayden really looking strong for next season. lets hope they can keep it up from start to finish next season. 06 06 06 06 06 !!!!!!!!
