Oh yeah ..I forgot about Nakano's impressive ride...very surprising.

The TV commentators also mentioned that Rossi will be with Yamaha next season

Don`t you folk read the MCN or go on their site? The new motor was in the paper as was Vale letting slip that "maybe I be back with Honda in 2007 on new bike".

I check it out every so often but not often enough. Then usually I can't seem to find the right sections or the website itself. If you could link me drill that would be great.

no can't say I've been to that site in quite a while...Please post a link..

As all have mentioned, Sete does have psycological issues with Rossi. It was good to see him up front, and it would have been nice to see a different winner this past week, but until one of the rider's can overcome Rossi's pressure, I can't see Rossi losing. He always seems to be able to put in a fast lap towards the end of the race.

My hope was that Hayden would have finished on top again, or at least second, but all in all, it was a good weekend for him. I just hope he keeps up the form for the rest of the season, and we see him with another victory or two. I like the comment that Nicky made about learning from two of the best, and going to school on them. More psychological games goin on there. I like that he hasn't backed down from any of Rossi's comments.

This is going to be a LONG three weeks.

Should be very interesting to see who comes out of the summer break fighting!

Welcoem to the site btw

Ben.

I did write a fairly long piece on this thread yesterday but somehow lost it
<

So il keep it short. Hayden- Well done, its 2 places away from where he wanted to be but, at least he didnt crash out of third. Hes hungrier for the win now which is good.

Rossi- It may aswell have been HIS birthday and not Haydens! i also respected Rossi for admitting that the win was practically given to him on a plate.

Gibernau- tut, tut, tut. I dont hate the guy, hes good. Real good. When hes on form he can smoke everyone (apart from Rossi) like he did last year. BUT. I was shouting 'You fool!!!' at the TV on sunday, over and over again. I couldnt beleive it!!! but as General said, hey youve got Rossi breathing down your neck and its the last lap, Gibernau must have known from following rossi on previous laps that rossi was real strong into turn one on the brakes too, so that couldnt have helped his head either. Anyway, great race, another one
<
for rossi, and as for Sete? he does need to win some races just to prove to rossi that he can win... sometimes.
<

yes Gibber's has proved he can mix it with rossi, and shown he can be a tallented rider, but he just cannot handle the pressure from rossi,on the last lap sunday for example, here's my take on the running wide, this is my own personnel point of veiw,Gibber's think's well if i run wide a personnel error will look better than rossi gunning me down on the last lap AGAIN !Remember Sete, Honda are looking for a new 250 rider !
<
<

i hope hayden continues to give Rossi a run for his money
if Sete wasn't such a sore loser i dont think he would get so much stick on the cool down lap he was looking at his front discs was he loking for something to blame it on then in the press conference he said "we made a mistake" who's we. i only saw 1 person on that bike and he cocked up

if anyone has the race on vid. check rossi's eyes when he pulled into park ferme it looked like he had been laughing. ALOT!

shame about Hoppers he was doin well still he's got 3 weeks to let those bruises go down

Bruises, broken bones and dislocated broken bones. It will be close to get him in race shape by Brno.

Hopkins even lost teeth in his off on Saturday...god the guy is insane.

It great to see someone giving Rossi a run for his money..Even if Rossi wins he is atleast earning the victories.

No-one gives rossi a run for there money cause he gives them a run for there money. I was a bit angery wit nicky hayden cause he wasn't happy with 3rd but most of them riders for be very greatful with 3rd he wasn't. GIBBERS is st and he can't take it like a said he is a sore loser n try's 2 blame something(lookin at brakes germany) or some1 (rossi jerez) for his mistakes on the track.

love me x x
love ya rossi x x x

Gibernau and Hayden gave Rossi a run for his money in Germany and only a mistake lead to Rossi's win. Hayden and Edwards gave Rossi a run for his money at Laguna Seca. Olivier Jacque gave Rossi a run for his money in China but decided to back off and bring it home second instead of pitching it away trying to pass Rossi. Barros gave Rossi a run for his money at Estoril. Rossi is tested every race weekend, he just happens to usually pass his tests.

Nicky is an ultra-competitive guy, he started from pole and led the race before and after the red flag. He had a reason to be upset about 3rd. These guys don't like to lose. What would Valentino's reaction be if he started from pole and led 6 laps only to finish 3rd? I can imagine he wouldn't be very pleased.

Looking at your brakes is not being a sore loser, Gibbers handled himself well. Even claiming he was happy about the result. We all know he was lying through his teeth to be happy about throwing away a win, but at least he didn't make any excuses.

Ooost you took the words right out of my mouth- i couldnt agree with you more. I know this is a forum and were supposed to have different opinions but on this theres no point. In fact, no, i cant even reply because it would just be repeating what you wrote, i am now lost for words.
