Rossi is trying to re-invent himself by changing his crew chief. I think he should also look at replacing his Rider assistant, namely Uccio.
Max Montanari is way better than Uccio Salucci as a rider assistant and should be promoted to the top spot. Rossi needs a rider assistant that actually cares and doesn't just take from his good nature. Max Montanari drives the motorhome, he cooks the food, he wakes Rossi up, he makes Rossi coffee, he puts Rossi to sleep, he washes and cleans Rossi, he grooms Rossi, he even cleans and folds Rossi's clothes. When Uccio did this job he would just rush it and scrunch up Rossi's underpants and chuck them in the drawer, Uccio couldn't handle it... clearly zero ..... given.
Max, he carefully irons the underpants first then folds them into nice little triangle shapes and places them neatly in the drawer in a random colour arrangement so that Rossi can simply grab the top pair and they will always be a new colour for him to wear each day, he also arranges them in such a way that a yellow pair will always be on the very top of the pile come Sunday morning 'for luck'.
I can't wait for 2021 when DORNA formally introduce MotoRAC the Rider Assistant Championship to run alongside the Constructors and Team Championships, it's such an important aspect of the sport that never gets the respect it deserves. Max Montanari will win it in the first year easily he is already the favourite. Uccio will be wooden spoon.... finishing dead last im sure.

Kind of like cheering for JLo's achievements at the moment ...
I’m genuinely curious to see what he’s going to do. On one hand I think we can be confident (as it has been mentioned here before) that Rossi wants a final season to use as his ‘last time tour’ but can he really be happy with how he’s going right now?
