The poll was Rider of the Year not Your Favorite Rider.
Love him or hate him you'd have to be an ..... not to recognise what dominating season he had and his skills.
Agreed, though I rate Checa's season higher.

And besides ............ WhoTF gives a damn about a "favourite rider", thoeretically he could be running around in a boring 7th place, ......... and he would be a favourite? Why?
Theoretically he could have gone to a brand to prove the rider who was a standout on that brand, was a slouch, he could have blirted out the most idiotic crap before he got there ............... then absolutely failed on that bike ............ and he is favourite? Why?
No, Rossi is not the favorite ............. apart from in the bopper world.
