If I was to walk down the road for a km with Stoner chatting ....... I very much doubt I would want to change him at all.



If I was to walk down the road for a km with Rossi ....... the first thing I would have to say is, lose the clown act and ........ and talk to me from deeper down fella. And you know what ..... he's probably a nice guy too, just like Stoner.

Looking forward to the test, with even more interest than usual due to the new formula, not that this justifies dorna changing it all the time.



Just for my interest, what was your take on your man valentino giving biaggi the finger at suzuka 2001, and to him punching max on the way to the podium after the catalunya 2001 race

I won't defend stoner's poke/punch on de puniet, which looked harder on mcknez's video than I remember it being at the time, but it is also apparent from that video that randy made a concerted and negligent if inadvertent attempt to kill stoner (and himself) with his last second cross track dive after looking over the wrong shoulder; the potential consequences of such differential speed were subsequently illustrated by the marquez incident, and are far more dangerous than stoner's response. I am willing to concede to anyone who saw it live and has a better appreciation of the distances involved that if stoner had a chance to observe them lollygagging on the racing line he should have slowed down anyway regardless of whether he should have experienced the necessity to do so.



Stoner seems to have stopped his activity on this front anyway, suggesting either that he has thought better of his approach to the issue if not the principle involved, or that the other riders have taken his point and stopped doing it.

...so when he punched Biaggi that was not the right thing to do...(showing weakness at that moment). Biaggi did alot worse...more dangerous and unsporty move! Lost lots of fans...
 
I just think its a shame, that Stoners can't keep his temper... he deserve more fans. He is smart, he tells the thruth, funny sometimes and can laugh and he enjoys victorys like a true champion.... but its a shame he throw's it all away with a tiny mistakes...which cost him fans. It just a shame... i would still love to chat with him and congratulate him and go fishing with him

He did deserve it.....Biaggi had similar incidents with other riders.....Koczinski springs to mind. Both were pricks

CASEY Would want a ban and civil suit / imprisonment plus all his ££$$ and property and a prime time TV Apology to start with
