Stoner to Yamaha !?!

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Bunyip @ Aug 25 2009, 12:18 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>Stoner to yamaha ? Silly season absolutely crazy......

Would Rossi veto that move? I,m sure Valentino would be very afraid of a healthy CS on a Yamaha.

But then Casey may not recover from his ME (chronic fatigue)
well some say he vetoed a move before but i never did see and real proof of that but if i were rossi i wouldn't be that keen on having casey or lorenzo as a team mate .as im sure casey will not be over joyed to have lorenzo as his team mate. do the riders have the power to veto such moves ? i would think it depends on when there own contract is up. if rossi still has a year to run on his own i cant see him having that power over the team but if his needs signing then i would expect he would pretty much get what he wants.

Read that a bit ago, really interesting stuff. I was also wondering if Casey could get out of his contract at Ducati and what Rossi would say about him joining up. Stoner really sounds like he doesn't enjoy the circus at all. I'm interested to see what he does, the picture they paint makes it sound as though Casey wouldn't have any hesitation to pack it in if Ducati don't let him off.

Have to say, this made me laugh: The Australian is reported to go for long periods - 12 to 14 hours - without eating, and then to binge on candy rather than have a proper meal.

None of this makes sense - Stoner has never suceeded on anything but ducati - he spent his on Honda crashing out - if Lorenzo leaves yamaha they wil be in the market for a potential Rossi crown prince (especiallyif rossi is looking at retirement/ change of sport at age 31/32) Stoner's whining and complaining together with his questionable physical condition certainly don't help him to qualify for that job. Yamaha has plenty to choose fromand it won't be stoner or Hayden. Pity for yam if they loose Lorenzo but probably good for motogp.

Then...

Casey Stoner to Suzuki, with Kevin Schwantz as manager.

Your view on stoner's training gains considerable ground if the diet stuff is true.

Ha ha. I live in Hershey PA so I bet I could talk those dudes into giving Stoner some money. LOL

Just like all the hype we had for Jorge now it is all switched to Casey. I bet most of it is all ........ so why bother. He won all his races on a DUC. WOn a WC on a DUC. So far the only one to tame it. So for both DUcati and Casey they need to make a mutually bennificial agreement right away to squash all this ......... Then we can talk about the next rider and his .........

Well what is it?

One minute he doesn't train enough.

Now he eats to much Candy (.... hate that word - candy - just sounds like a pathetic wimpy word to me - candy).

But, if he was eating so much Candy, not training enough or corrcetly as you have asserted would he not look like KRjr after he ate the pies?

Why will be interesting and is being discussed elsewhere is how the constant leaks from Ducati will effect the relationship as it is clear now (still) that Ducati in order to be up top need one rider and they may have pissed that rider off. Whilst Stoner may well return, one expects any relationship to be very frosty so maybe an ice-cream sponsor would be useful.

There yah go, thought I would throw something in for you - no, how about you go and apply your keen eye for physical development opportunities to the womens volletball team.

I am not Mick Doohan ok.

Over here they don't use the name Candy so much, as Rochelle, Lucy, Veronika and my favourite Mistress Viveka.
