So Who is your money on to be the 2016 champion?

Well it was, but the trellis frame as ditched for the CF stressed member abortion - and then compromising their entire history, pedigree and race DNA adopted a twin spar aluminium design. I don't think it is a '.... bike' any longer and believe it has the potential to challenge the Japanese duopoly if only the series rule makers would allow it.

Put Rossi on the damn thing that'd soon sort i...oh wait.

Trellis....

Oh please, spare us the ......... Seasoned? Too funny, he needs a psychiatrist. Junkie is 'Autismus Maximus' and a true schizoid. JPS is a raving lunatic and psychiatric. But it's a toss up between where you and Gramps fit in with your Rossi OCD jealousy and hate.
You will all go even more delusional should Rossi contend in 2016.

EDIT: Almost forgot.....GTFO! :spin:

Rossi will compete in 2016, FOR 3rd with Pedrosa. His chance of stealing a title came and went last year. Cruising around hoping others have problems is a way to finish high in the standings, but unless there is an apocalypse , it's not going to produce a title against this group of riders, they are to good.

I see you have now given up even any pretence of having any arguments to advance, so that your posts are now entirely rather than just predominantly composed of argumentum ad hominem, employing cod psychology no less which is probably the lowest form of that particular logical fallacy.

Given you recently revealed that you considered a race in 2002 between Rossi on a Honda V5 990 bike against Barros on an obsolete 500 2-stroke bike to involve no bike advantage for VR, perhaps you are the one with the problems in regard to both prejudice and knowledge, if not passion. I will not apply any psychiatric or psychological terms to you in a post on a motogp forum, given that is entirely irrelevant and inappropriate on such a forum in regard to fellow posters or the riders, although as is fairly obviously not the case with you I do at least know the meaning of such terms.

Further odd parallels with Talpa, for whom logical fallacies including argumentum ad hominem liberally employing cod psychology was also a stock in trade, although being past his teenage years he did know his gp bike racing history and would have been aware of the bikes which were competing in 2002.

Oh wait a second, I could have sworn on previous page you said 'i will wait until testing is over to many unknowns' and now that you suddenly know results for 2016 it is "Rossi will compete FOR 3rd with Pedrosa'. Was there a test session in the past 24 hours or are you always full of crap? :)

You want me to argue against over a dozen vindictive Rossi haters spitting bullets at me? Please. I like Rossi, I like MotoGP, I enjoy banter here but this isn't my life. But I will address this useless topic anyway since you and my detractors have nothing better to do than disect my every keystroke.

No one said Rossi on a 990 wasn't faster than Barros on a 2 stroke. You people seem to forget the thing called context, most likely on purpose. I took exception to the 'Rossi was playing with Barros' nonsense. How was he 'playing' with him? He knew he was faster on the straights, why rush to pass him and ride aggressively? Rossi was leading the championship by a mile. He put in a lap that was slightly faster than his qualifying lap, with the bike wobbling, you people are trying to imply that he didn't need to push and that it was easy. It was more strategic than playing.

At PI, Marc had indeed an axe to grind, because he was still angry about Argentina and even more so about Assen. I think we can all agree on this and why context is important. Marc was eliminated from the championship and wanted to prevent Rossi from winning it. I am not going to go over the 'observable evidence' of the last 3 races, we have discussed this to death. Hope this is to your liking and answers your questions sir. I am flattered taht 3 pages worth of angry posts were directed towards me. :)

Again your opinions are facts, the opinions of others are according to you by definition biased and wrong, and as I have already said applying cod psychology to riders is no more valid than applying it to posters.

What people are mainly criticising are your opinions, it is you who constantly resorts to argumentum ad hominem, if to a lesser extent in this most recent post.

What is factual is that the only person who did anything culpable on or off track in the last 3 races of the season, and certainly the only one who did anything illegal on track, was Valentino Rossi, however great he may have been in the past and may still be. He was also fairly obviously not fast enough at the end of the season to maintain his championship lead; deal with it.

There are many unknowns, but the known's are that Rossi does not have the speed to beat Lorenzo or Marquez in a championship. He is more on par with Pedrosa, and like I said, without an apocalypse involving MM and JL, he will be fighting Pedro for 3rd. As far as the last 3 races, I am still waiting for you or any other bopper to show me where you thought something was up before Rossi told you what to think at the Sepang presser. Your opinion, or should I say Rossi's opinion is not fact. I believe it was excuses because Rossi already knew he was in trouble

Look at his post count and join date, he's seasoned.

Of course he isn't as seasoned as your god Rossi, and by seasoned I mean a raving lunatic and psychiatric and delusional that Marquez was messing with him in PI.

Don't forget to take the blood pressure tablets.... :D

I'd love to be in a room full of you ........ to see you guys actually discuss these topics in person. I think I would die of laughter.

You have been there, you know everyone would be fine, united by their commonality of interest more than any differences.

I gather in 2006 the forum was full of debate between Jumkie and Roger/Chopperman in regard to Hayden v Rossi, and they became best mates when they met in actual rather than virtual reality.

Well...look at all the carnage and gnashing of teeth that occured when: 3 Rossi fans (you, mike, heidi) and 1 Lorenzo fan (WVMotoGP99) and 1 Barbara fan (Willski) and 1 Nicky fan (Jumkie) sat at a table together. .... punches & $500 worth of drinks later we were all ready to strangle eachother with group hugs. It was real murder, mayhem and torture.

Then do yourself a favor, go to Austin. Meet up with some Powersliders.

I'm actually tempted. But I ain't made of money, so I've decided to invest what little cash i have going to see Nicky Hayden at Laguna this year. However it sounds like there is going to be a nice meet up this year in Austin.

Hmmmm... I'm surprised with you doin' track days etc..., that you can't find a group to motosocialize with... I found no problem finding peeps to watch talk about bikes and racing in southern Ont.

As me and the girlfriend are also not made of money, lol actually trying to save for a house ( as where we currently reside its well over $300,000 for a decent house that would still need work) Austin is quite the ways away and i hate driving (love riding) but hate driving. Texas is a journey lol Flying would be nice but we already want to go to Mugello in Italy if we decide to go see a race

To be honest .... i sold my R1 track bike :( I miss the **** out of it but we need the money. Doing track days is expensive in more ways than one. And I did track days by myself pretty much, NONE of my current friends i know and hang with ride or enjoy motogp lol Its sad i know. Even when i did track days i met people but they were far apart and never really kept i touch besides facebook (which i rarely use)

Canada, for the price of Mugello you could go to Austin the next 5 years straight.

Btw if you do decide to spend the GNP of a small African nation, for .... sake don't wear a Marquez tshirt.
