Silly Season 2015

I can't see that either Pol Espargaro or Bradley Smith have done anything to shout about, Cal Crutchlow, Andrea Dovizioso, Ben Spies & Colin Edwards all had far more success on the Tech 3 bikes where these pair haven't got a podium between them in almost 5 seasons worth of racing (combined).

The best thing the Ponch could do is get Zarco on board because if he stays in Moto 2 and wins a 2nd title he will be on for a factory ride as all the previous two time intermediate champions have been. (Would be a French rider on a French team too).

If the other rider could be replaced with Vinales or Jack Miller (even though I'm not keen on him) that would be a good trade. Also landing Alex Rins if that was still an outside opportunity would be a good choice.

On the other hand Tech 3 just want to keep getting tedious results (from "mature" rides) with mediocre riders then by all means he should keep the same line up.

Cal is more deserving of a new contract than Smith, 1 podium is worth a dozen crappy 5th and 6th places.

When was the last time Bradley stood on a podium?

About mid season in Moto 2 during 2011, didn't even manage 1 in his final season in Moto 2. Never even won a Moto 2 race, says it all...........

I take it back, forgot about Philip island last year and riding today's whole race on slicks took balls. Tech 3 should still swap pol for zarco.

The 1st rider to be impacted by JLo's renewing his contract with Yamaha is P.Esparago, since he now does not have a factor ride for 2016.....so unless Pol takes another satellite ride for 2016 the only other factory option will be Aprilia.....or KTM in 2017.....

Once Pol is sorted out his future all the rest of the riders will start to fall into place.....

Unless of course some rider in Moto2 or Moto3 Step up....

The big open question that remains will be does Dani come back to ride in 2016....?

What are your thoughts...?

Lots changed since that post LOL. Hopefully that dreamy ..... P. Espagaro will be ditched next year he's useless. Smith has just got better and better, poor old Cal, time to hang up the boots, even the bags under his eyes have bags.
Dani to KTM in 2017? What the hell for he's past his sell by date.

Well with Kropo's less than cryptic announcement, dear little sparrow, your friends Heidi and Mike are invited to Laguna Seca WSBK next year. :)

#BeARacer

Krops, thanks for giving Cameron Beaubier a shout out. Its too bad Josh Herrin had a disaster in Moto2, but I still believe we have real talent in the States.

While I was at Indy, I approached Herve Poncharal and asked him: "When are you going to sign another American?" He looked me dead in the eyes (I have a witness) and said, "I want to sign Joe Roberts. And you can tell him I said that."
