Should Dani be trying to bet his team mate!

That's all I know about law.

All I know about it is Ally McBeal's got a fine ......

hahaha richo! I would totally do her too.

Hey Mr Shupe you forgot one part of the movie that we're missing...
The ... scene!
Female nudity of course. I bet some of the girls here would lvoet o see Nicky naked but that wouldn't be nice for us. Maybe an umbrella girl or something!

Match fixing is not even in the same Ball park. get it. Ball Park!
It would be like if Ryan Giggs crossed a ball into Rooney and instead of Rooney going for the Goal he actually cleared the ball. What's the point of Giggs crossing the ball if his team Mate is going to clear it? i.e. what was the point of Pedrosa passing Hayden? He could only have taken points from Hayden, aiding Rossi in the Championship and Hurting HRC his own team.

Sure, at the start of the season when everybody is on equal points, then gloves off. Race as fast as you can. If you can beat your team mate then go for it. But when your team mate is leading the championship that's another story. Pedrosa should have pushed Hayden to catch and Pass Edwards then both of them should have chased down Rossi.
Like Team Mates. 2 riders to benefit the team.

[Inappropriate comment deleted]

p.s.s. The people saying that they would race each other no matter what, well I hope you don't get a team mate like yourself. Imagine If you were leading and your team mate took you out? And said well I thought I was faster than you? If Pedrosa is in a Championship winning situation next year I HOPE Hayden takes him out.

Payback is a .....!

That's not true, if Dani won ahead of Rossi and Hayden That's 20p for Rossi 16 for Nicky, Nicky only loses 4 points.
On the other hand if Dani stayed behind Nicky and the order was Rossi 1st, Nicky 2nd Dani 3rd. Nicky would lose 5 points.

But it's not a surprise that someone that wants one rider to take out another on purpose doesn't know basic maths.

A team of Repsol Honda's caliber starts out the season with a primary goal: win the world championship. If one rider is in a position to win the title, and the other rider isn't, then the lower rider should help the rider that is in contention, no? This is competition; the best want to win and they should use the second rider as an assistant. Colin said that he would help Rossi; he did his job well. There's nothing wrong, IMO, with Colin's support role. Sure, it won't win the Texan much glory, but he fulfilled his duty as a teammate. Why call them teammates if they're gonna race you like you're from another team?

To me, letting one of your riders race his teammate with the championship on the line devalues the championship. Obviously Repsol Honda wants Nicky to win, I just don't think they have their hearts set on it. Giving Dani the go to race Nicky as he would everyone else ("no team orders") shows that. They have accepted Dani as the future (and rightfully so IMO). I think HRC has been looking forward to next year with new bikes and a more seasoned Dani Pedrosa. I think they just wanted to let the 2006 season run its course so they could concentrate on '07 with the 800 and Dani.

Oh well, this has been an amazing season. Could it get more dramatic? Could one write a better movie script? Joy, anger, defeat, costly errors, turning tides and more. I have never witnessed a more exciting racing season.

After leaving for Yamaha, Rossi has made Repsol Honda look silly. Today Yamaha worked well as a team and Repsol Honda crashed out as a team, virtually handing the title to the great one.

Now, is Honda upset about Nicky's title hopes? Or are they just plain embarassed?

yup!

Yes that is one scenario. And that is a Hypothetical.
But, what was best for the team would have been
Nicky 1st, Pedrosa 2nd Rossi 3rd.

That is what I meant.
See I can count 1, 2 and 3!

Pedrosa should have stayed behind Nicky so Nicky could have taken Maximum points.

All is Hypothetical - beause we have forgotten about Loris, Mel, KR Jr, wanting that last win of the year - Ho GOD it's going to be Ace..
