So much info to digest. One of the things that stood out was his take on the Marquez incident - in that he refutes what a lot of arm-chair racers have said about a rider being expected to have eyes in the back of his head. That and what he said about the distance that Espagaro attempted to cover - given that he was only riding a 600. I appreciate that he held off giving an opinion until after actually riding the circuit. Seemed like a very fair and balanced take on the whole affair.
Spies on a "deformed" rear tire. Seriously, wtf is going on.
Pretty fair and balanced about everything he discussed. Valentino riding for a suzuki team managed by schwantz I would like to see. I think they might have really been able to do something with the sort of money spent on the ducati for the last 2 years. I might even follow him in preference to crutchlow if this eventuated; always liked suzuki.
If I have to point a finger one way or the other, it's almost 50-50 to me. It's probably a little more Espargaro's fault than it is Marquez's fault
...when Dovizioso finished third, you would've thought he won the race, or the championship.
As far as an event goes[Silverstone], I'm kind of glad I wasn't there, because it looked like the weather was everything but nice.
I guess the other thing that's kind of unsettling as a rider is to know that Dorna's going to do whatever they want to do with the rules, depending on who's coming up.
[Referring to the rookie rule]... I think when that rule was put in place, it had some good intentions, and it seems like it's being dissolved just to accommodate one person.
[Referring to Ducati] One starts at the front and moves to the back, or moves to the middle, and one starts at the back and moves up. Something weird, something strange going on there.
[Referring to Rossi] Right now, all I can say is, it's either a Yamaha or a Honda.

Well visit the Moto2 for that event. You'll find the peeps you most agree with disagree with your take here.
Edit to add: Anybody think Rossi would rider for Suzuki, or even that Suzuki will return with something as competitive as .... Ducati are living in a pipe dream. Its about as credible as ..... in the news. Not sure why he added this into his blog, I guess he needs to say the word "suzuki" every time he is published. The brand, I think is as dead as pet rocks.
Agree it is not happening which is pretty much what schwantz said, perhaps wistfully. As opposed to building a competitive thousand bike, I do think valentino et al could have done something with the suzuki 800 last year with similar resources to those devoted to the ducati 800 in that year; if you recall de puniet was surprisingly fast on the suzuki 800 in a one day post-season test.
I would love to see Suzuki back too, my first love was a 600 suzuki gixxer whale tail, and watching Mladin on those gixxers helped. I don't remember the consensus on the board last year of Bautista making the zook look good or was the bike making him look good.
