WTF is it with Germans and nakedness???

Germans do not have a problem with nudity, my two trips to Berlin/Love Parade proved that. Saw two lasses totally starkers (chemically induced, I wondered) on what turned out to be a gay float! But kissing in public, apparently, is a no, no.
