<
<
yeah man,i loved that last skittle, the way he wobbled then fell was top notch
<

my fav was when he jumped the fence and went into the portaloo.
<
<
think he got fined for that one.

my favourite would be at Welkom after Rossi's first race on the M1 - understated by Rossi's standards perhaps - but when he got off the bike and sat down beside it and then gave it a little hug............

well, it brought a tear to my eye !
<

did i say that out loud ?

Anyone know the meaning of the 8 skittles at least thats what i counted!

Eurosport bloke said there were 9 but is it my maths or his maths that is rubbish?

World titles? The 8th one wobbled then finally went down. Just a guess.

Funny celebration.

The Motogp program I watch interviewed Stefania, Vale's mum, after the race. She said the one that wobbled then finally fell is meant to represent Vale himself in the sense that his last obstacle to get back into winning form was himself. The eight represent world championships. The eighth one almost went down last year, then stayed on its feet, but will go down this year!

It's hard to choose my favourite of Vale's prank. The loo one was hilarious. And no he didn't get fined for it. The blow up doll was pretty funny too..making fun of Biaggi's supposed affair with Naomi Campbell.
The kissing the bike at Welkom isn't in the same category, though it was very sweet to watch.

i enjoyed the one with chicken strapped to th back, and i also enjoyed the one from donington park when he had the Robin Hood hat on and the bow and arrow, i think was when he won his 1st 250 race.

but the best with out a doubt was Welkom when he sat by the bike, that action shows the total relief and that he was right to take a new challenge on and leave honda for yamaha.

I had become a bit tired of Vale's celebrations, thought they had got a bit......well......not funny. But that was a corker on Sunday. Loved it!

You're right, ages!
<
But I'm not saying how long!!!!!!! Do you think this celebration may have been put back from Valencia '06?

I only caught the last few laps highlights last night, but it sounds as if Valentino whipped 'em?

Quite right! I hope this is a sign of things to come with ROSSI getting back to his normal self, winning a bit more and having more fun.

That's the most relaxed I've seen him in ages and it showed, he kept the race totally in his control,
