we'll have to see what happens this season. i think hayden will do ok. better than most think. he'll get the bike how he want's it now. getting all the new goodies 1st. but if he does stink the place up he def won't get resigned to the repsol squad. maybe yamaha, but more than likely a satelite honda team. perhaps pons. but lets wait n see.

Yeh, I think he realy likes Honda.
Funny isn't it, being a development rider for Honda is so much better than for other manufacturers. Nakano and Hopper are probably begging their factories for better parts, but Honda are like "Nicky we like you, have a new frame. Marco, you can have one, too" you know what I mean?

i don't think kawasaki & suzuki listen to their riders. or the engineers just think they know better. somethin because they ain't gettin it done.

I would assume that Suzuki and Kawasaki both listen to their riders just as much as Yamaha and Honda do as only the rider can tell you what the bike is doing and an idea from the rider's point of view on how to solve it. If the engineers thought they knew better they wouldn't waste their time or money on testing. I think the problem is they don't have the manpower of Honda or Yamaha to produce the parts necessary in the same turnaround time as HRC or Yamaha. That is the difference, HRC can have parts ready for the next round where as John Hopkins will make a request for parts at Jerez and he'll be lucky to have them in four races time.

Yamaha definately pay more attetion to their rider. He says jump they say how high. That's why he left Honda. Obviously he's somthing special, but Honda kept treating him like just another rider. So he went to Yamaha, where they work around him and make him as comfortable as he wants to bee, give him everything he wants and needs and gets whatever he asks for, Its good for him and Yamaha are protecting and maintaining a big investment which is paying off big time.
