KRJR was in contention to win at Portugal and came 6th overall in points. Unlike the other list of people who have been listed so far, he beat them all on a team that was as well funded as the Somalian Health and Food Department. But I agree, there is allot of filler in racing these days, take for example Anthony West. Oh, but we are talking about MotoGP premier class.

i feel for both KRJR and Nicky this year.. especially Nicky if im honest, im not his biggest fan, but it must be so gutting, to be number one (and still be number one as he's still the champ) to just, well be not so hot, its a shame.. it was a joy to watch him race last year.. and KR, man, what the hell is up with that bike? is it the honda engine? or something else? lack of confidence? hmm shame, big shame!

Well I don't think he suddenly forgot how to race a bike. I think the KR team has a special and unique situation. This tiny team is responsible for everything else other than the engine. Notwithstanding, that they are probably last in the pecking order for engines at that. Moreover, I definitely think it’s a problem of machinery. I think the egress in displacement and power of the 800s means you really have to fine tune every other element of the bike, for example chassis, suspension, tires, ergonomics, etc. These elements must be finely tune to be super efficient, otherwise, the loss of power to weight will make any discrepancies in the rest of the bike a major liability.

Just because the guy is older than the young bucks isn't a good reason either. I don't se Loris on anybody's list to get rid of. So I don't think its a matter of age.

Yes they are struggling, but I certainly done blame the JR. How would the top riders like Rossi, Casey, Pedrosa, Hopkins, this year do on a bike like JR's? If a tire problem, as it was argued, caused Rossi to sink to 10th and severely effect the "god" of the sport, what makes anybody think he would do better on the JR's bike?

2. on the Proton bike?

1. I thought Loris was retiring soon anyway?

2. What Proton bike they haven't been involved for a while now.

Anthony West.

Oh funny!
How well is Hayden doing this year then?
<strike>1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th </strike>.. oops I forgot. It's 9th isn't it?
My mistake

You're hard work sometimes Louise.

When I say you haven't made a mistake it means you're correct.
Do you understand?

Freudian slip.

But you get the point right. I'm thinking that bike is so bad right now, Jesus himself couldn't redeem it.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Daniel @ May 10 2007, 08:28 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><div class='quotemain'>do u think that Ilmor GP bike would be beating Team KR's? anyone..

No way, they were far worse off than KRJR, the gaps aren't that big remember, but Ilmor were 4 seconds slow. Plus their riders were inferior.
