stoner managed the race great, had lot more speed in the tank, but held back and managed the gap and responded with fastest lap when he needed to.

Worth waiting for. I'd have loved to see some dicing between Stoner and Rossi but all the midpack stuff and back was filled with dramas. Hated to see Capi go down. He was riding like it was contract time. Dicing between Dovi and Lollipop had heat. As much as I can't stand Peders - it was a shame to see him limping around injured. Conrats to Der Poon for not crashing. Colin in 4th? Good stuff. I honestly didn't think he had it in him. Melandri rode really well after his out-of-track experience. Not sure what to say about DeAngelis and the way he banged into Pedro. But I gotta say I actually felt bad for the midget. The Finn was in - not unimpressive. Nicky riding injured did what he could getting faster as the race ran on. At least he got some track time without a crash or an engine failure. Wish him the best. Not ready to give up on him yet. Hang in there Nicky! Fiat has got to do something with the new leathers. That white V down the back makes Rossi and Lollipop look like they're wearing a big white diaper.

how does me saying stoner was lucky rossi got caught up? just stating if he was following the outcome could be different

now your making out im saying its the bike its magic powers wtf?

i been giving stoner credit for the last year if you hadnt noticed.
LOL chill dude I did say all in good fun. Just messin with you. Good race to all and hope we have a better one next week with Stoner atop again.

Suzuki have made real impressive progress now that they've resolved at last to engineer the bike around the tyres, rather requesting tyres to suit the bike

Honda should have the data by next race to avoid the fading rear end grip that hampered Dovi's progress. Same thing happened to Vale last year in his first race on the 'Stones, but then you would've thought they'd gathered sufficient data from Pedro's races during the second half of last season.

While on the subject of tyres..great ride for Colin who's been practically a lifelong Michelin man all his career. As a 'font end' rider, he's suddenly discovering what the Bridgy can do. Big up yours to JT as well.

Did you notice Vale nodding off at the press conference

Is that aimed at Dorna, or Casey?

Looks like Casey served up Rossi with some good ol' Humble Pie. Rossi is like a kid in a sandbox, and Stoner just stole away all his toys....hahaha. Stoner is slowly getting into Rossi's head, he's getting a taste of his own medicine. Good job Casey.... although you should of played a bit of mind game with Rossi on track by slowing down and making Rossi think he is catching up, then last 2 laps put down the hammer and slowly disappear into the night.

Did you eat a lot of lead paint as a kid?

Not a great start from the Doctor, he needed to be right on Stoner putting him under pressure.

I was impressed he was able to knock a second off the gap but that was always going to go against him at the end with tyre wear... dropping down to 59s suggest that even if he did settle for second.

what i am very curious about is the ducati being so brutal but tyres can last the distance with stoner doing very fast consistant laps? amazing

Good exciting race. Capper should not have tried to block so hard his position was gone anyway. Melandri did well considering. I said a few posts ago that Stoner had the potential to run away with it but 8 seconds is a lot...back to work Yamaha.

It's so great to be racing again.

Standard Rossi start... an acceptable finish for the Italian Elf at Qatar...

You got something against me don't you? Always replying to my thread with nonsense post. Don't get me wrong, I actually do like Rossi. But what's soo wrong about me saying that Casey should play mind games with Rossi? Heck Rossi does it all the time, why not do it back to him and give him a taste of his own medicine?
