I predict I will drink a .... load of beer and get beat up for being the only aussie at phillip island who doesnt like casey stoner haha
oh and I reckon the dukes will be nearer the pointy end, temperatures are going to be quite cool, so the softer tyres should be working ok. bad news for stoner though.

I'm heading out for my first trip to PI for the bikes - I've been a couple of times previously for other categories, but not for the GP. Very excited, hoping that the weather will hold and stay like today, rather than the showers that are predicted
FWIW, I'm going with:
Stoner
Spies (with the very scientific reasoning being that I think he's hot and I'd love to see him on the podium, haha)

Something to keep an eye on this weekend is some possible movement in championship standings. Dani will most likely take over Dovi's 3rd spot. Sic could easily take over Haydens 7th spot this weekend, and could move ahead of Rossi for 6th with a strong finish in the last 3 races.
The Australian, Malaysian and Valeciana gp's will all be for Casey’s victories and I wouldn’t count JLo coming 4th at Phillip Island out either so that Casey will be WORLD 2011 CAHMPION…but Casey being W/C will happen and it’s only a matter of time…VivA Casey Stoner he’s the best and the fastest on the motogp circuits and no one comes even close to our man on the LCR HONDA!!! Go Casey!!!

Casey You Are The BEST!!! I'm NO BOPPER but Casey Stoner will be remembered as the best and the foremost rider in Australia’s history, he beat the likes of Rossi, Lorenzo, Pedrosa, Simoncelli perhaps the most competive year in this sports history and riding skills...goodonya Casey YOU ARE A CHAMPION and whatever you ride you give it 1000% bring on anything and Casey will ride it and be in the 1st 3!!!

This looks shopped. I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shops in my time.
I'll be there on Saturday only I'm afraid. Will be taking the SLR & zoom lenses, so hopefully will have something to share.
Oh & Digger while you are coming down here from the Gold Coast, I'll be heading up there next Thursday.
Will catch the V8 Supercars while I'm there.
