Haha, that's pretty funny. But I do see your point through the smoke of your bashing. Yes, as a fan of Hayden, I agree with you that a top class rider should adapt. I'm not making excuses for the guy, he's struggling, that's for sure. And he certainly is the representative; the team figure that should bear that responsibility, even though we know it’s a package team effort. I could make a case as to why I think he's struggling but I have the feeling you are not going to buy it. But its cool, you have the right to say it because after all, it’s true, he hasn't had a good start to the season. And getting taken off track didn’t really help.
The only thing about your post though is this idea that you don't give the guy credit for some great podiums. As I recall, Rossi has had an excellent start to this season (except for Turkey and even that had a sense of respectable effort), and in this time he has podiumed twice and won once. So what’s wrong with podiums? I think Rossi's podiums are commendable, I just don't see why you think Hayden's podiums shouldn't be given the same respect as he did this time at the same tracks last year. Podiums are podiums, and they are earned. Of course a rider should aim for the win, I think they all do (including Hayden), even the last place guys want to win, but as they say in baseball, the other team is also trying to win. Anyway, I like your spunk, though it’s little misguided.
