Thanks for the big ups Michael. Sometimes these things have a way of getting viral and out of wack on the Net. Its kinda like when I met Nicky at X-games. It wouldn't be right to post everything these superstars say while not guarded. The relaxed and candid conversation when I showed him my Ducati key may have gone different had I been a reporter. I recognized and appreciate that, so as a fan, it’s a good idea to use a bit of discretion. So I self edited some parts of story before I posted. Now it may be no big deal (perhaps over reaction on our part) but when you meet the Toms, Phlegs, and Hayden Fans of the world, you just don't know how some people may react. Not everybody's sense of humor and PC sensibility is the same. Its easy for us to talk .... because we don't have a public persona. Hell these guys say mild stuff when reports ask leading & self-serving questions on interviews; then we sit around having entire threads debating the prudence of their character. So for now we'll keep it under wrap. I tell you what, if anybody comes out to Laguna this year, I'll have the Cali Kid give you a private viewing of the unedited t-shirt signing pic.

I’ll suggest it to the Kid to perhaps email Nicky on his website (or when he comes out to California Speedway) and ask his thoughts on the matter. Who knows, he may just reply with; “Hell yeah, post that .... on the forum and You Tube to boot.” Hahaha. (I hope so).
