MUGELLO Italian GP (Predictions & Practice/Qual)

From MotoGP.com

"Casey Stoner... had the worst possible start to the hour-long practice when he experienced a run-off at Turn 15. The Australian had to take his Desmosedici GP10 down into the gravel to avoid hitting the fence, and eventually placed seventh in the session as he completed 15 laps, the fewest of the field."

Why oh why is Casey the motogp equivalent of a pick-tease? And people (members) wonder why he is sometimes criticized...

And thats enough of a a bit of news about him for you have a whinge about him?
<

Why oh why do some folk get the sooks at Stoner ....... for even breathing it would seem

At the Begining of season Spies was doing good, and everyone was JUMPING ON HIS BAND WAGON, Talking Spies will be on podium, spies will win at least one race, etc etc...But when Spies has crashed and hurt himself somewhat and hasn't qualified so well once or twice suddenly no one not only is not talking about him anymore, they are not even including him in predictions. Where are all the Spies fans suddenly when the going got tough? No worries Benny boy I believe in you even when no one else does and Well AFTER THE BAND WAGON is just a memory. that you will kick ... soon I predict SPIES top 6 maybe even top 5 in Mugello. If he knows the circuit, maybe better. Putting Rossi, JL the peasant, Stoner, Pedrosa on top in no particular order is NO PREDICTION. IT IS A GIVEN.

First of all, I hope you stop by more often b/c 4 posts for year is crazy. Secondly, you are letting the bandwagon and Spies' crash cloud your judgment. Most people knew that the Spies bandwagon would run out of steam very quickly b/c Spies has only ridden 3 of the first 9 rounds. Qatar is one of them. Assen and Laguna are the other two. Ben didn't do much in Jerez, and that was before the crash.

I think everyone knew it wouldn't last, but everyone like to jump on the rookie bandwagon every once in a while. The last 9 races will give us more info. Brno, Indy, and Misano are consecutive rounds this season. Ben has ridden all of them. He's also tested at Malaysia, and raced at PI and Valencia. If Ben doesn't finish well it might be time to pull the ripcord, but his inexperience and one crash are no reason to bail.

Lorenzo barely survived the 2008 season. It didn't dent his confidence.

btw stoners been off the track again

Gee BM... you tell me why we question Casey's consistency... When you have the answer post it up...

Oh ....... I can't wait. Its 'cause his POTENTIAL is so great, yet his current EXECUTION is so inconsistent/lacking. .... Barbera's above him on the timesheet right now. IT AIN'T SOOKIN' ITS REALITY

who else can challenge j lo? stoner could if he can sort out the bike..but outside of him..there's no one else
