Since we've already discussed the effluent contaminating your water too (which we can return to if you wish), whilst on the subject of your 'ale', it seems most of the beer consumed by your island continent (sorry, Island) is brewed abroad...including the U.K.

When I pointed out that most of your beer is brewed abroad you said "explains why I don't drink that ....". But in spite of your xenophobia you mentioned earlier your favourite beer is German.

The mainstream australian beer is not good, but brewed here as far as I know, if in breweries owned by overseas interests . They may make a lot of fosters overseas, but I extremely doubt much is drunk by australians, in australia or elsewhere.

Hi everyone!

[I don’t know if this is appreciated, but I’ll just give it a shot. If unwanted, please remove this thread]

I’ve created a MotoGP App for android, which I think will be interesting for you MotoGP fans
<

It’s called MotoGP Weather & News . It’s main feature is providing a detailed weather forecast for upcoming MotoGP weekends.

Beside the weather, the app also shows track information, the current championship standings, MotoGP news (source: google news) and a detailed MotoGP race calendar.

The weather report consists of a long term weather forecast (10-days ahead of the event). This report is updated multiple times a day. The displayed forecasts are for the time of the event (not the entire day) and is pinpointed on the location of the event. So any weather forecasted, is expected during the event.

During the event an hour-by-hour precipitation forecast is shown for the upcoming 48 hours. So you will know exactly what time the rain is expected to fall. (bottom panel in the screenshot)

The app is free, and can be found in multiple app stores. I’ve posted some of the links below.

I hope you can appreciate this post, and are willing to try the application. I’m sure you’ll like it!

Feedback is always appreciated, and suggestions always considered ;-)

Looks like it could be good - but it is showing me Indianapolis and no way I can find to show the data for Laguna.

yeah, I saw it too.. It's probably a bug in the database, i'm looking in to it as we speak. An updated version will be release before the next GP
<

So, I've spend the last 2 weeks improving the app, and version 1.21 is available in stores now!

Here is the changelist since 1.01:

- Added historical race data from 1989 to 2012 (in collaboration with MotoTheory.com)

- Added radar images for all races

- News language/region changeable to your own. 75 Languages available! (default: en/uk)

- Sort news on relevance instead of date (less double messages) (default: on)

- fixed bug where share function breaks if no weather is available

- other minor bugfixes

ps. If you like the app, could you please rate it in the play store? Many thanks!

Speaking of weather, Indy is going to be perfect. Highs in the upper 70's, lows in the high 50's all weekend. Cant wait. Headed up early Friday morning to make first GP practice at 10:10

And it was!

The early predictions are in for BRNO, and it looks like some rain could fall during one of the GP days. During the quali 4.0mm is expected for now.

As it is an early prediction it could change. Usually the forecasted rain shifts a day up or down, so changes are fair BRNO will see some rain!
