Honda and Yamaha begging to be given some slack from their own self-imposed engine rule? Wow, this is great. The Ducati desmo is looking better and better -- the most powerful, manageable, and possibly even the most reliable engine in MotoGP. Wow. :)

It just a matter of time before they get that win this season! :aikido::assassin:

Just look at these savages.

And this is Lorenzo the Gentleman saluting them as he runs away with his bodyguard! Noblesse oblige. :)

Cairns is North Queensland barry pointed out is about 4000k away. Next year downhill mtb world championships are there.

Didn'T they already have a round there this year?

Im sure I saw something with mr ratboy talking about the spiders.

I would love to take a 23+ hour drive through Australia actually. You guys live on another planet. Such an amazing place.

The distances are awesome .......... we talk of distance in terms of hours drive rather than km's (or miles as it would be in the US)

Add Rossi and to a lesser extent Pedrosa to that group, I can't leave Dani out even though his season is not his best by far. If he had a bit more weight he could get a better drive from the rcv imo. I agree with your take on Vinales and Iannone, and there's not much to look forward to coming up from Moto 2 , Alex Marquez will probably get a decent ride but won't do much. Same with Luthi Zarco Rins , they just don't have that extra edge. You could see that in Vale , Jorge, Dani and Marc right through their careers and there's no special one out there right now I don't think.

I disagree with Rins. He has potential. Satellite ride next year and after, factory yamaha 19.

I completed a 7800+km trek over 6 days. Was mentioned at that other forum. Epic trip, dont want to do it again with the time frame. Next trip will be a 4month east coast tour.

Ratboy is a bmx park rat as well. He grew up on the 20".

We actually do the same in parts of America. Where I live people talk distance traveled in hours.

The mtb downhill was last month if im not mistaken. I live up the road.

Dude you live in an amazing place. You all do.

Yeah thats what I thought. Mdub have you been sniffing the slow glue?

Is this some of it:

Yes yes I knew that guys. I watched live. This was a warm up round for next years world championship.

Can one of you brits translate Ratboy at about 25 seconds of the middle video. I hear him say, "my island looks like a pair of ....?"

A bit selective J4 as context is critical is it not.

From Jack Miller - https://www.facebook.com/JackMillerAus/?fref=nf

Can't blame him!! After some of the noises coming out of the crowd over the weekend Would have probably cracked way earlier

Obviously Jack was there and so knows the abuse that bought this on

J4rn0 has never really been much interested in looking at anything objectively.

It's no secret the fans have been abusive towards JL and MM since late last year, and if JL gives them the finger, big deal. Seeing as a sizeable contingent has been openly cheering when either rider crashes out, what is a middle finger in the overall scheme of things?

The whole booing .... started with Stoner at Shiverstone 2009 IIRC.
At a fcuking riders for health auction of all places and it has continued since.
Every gp race I have attended I have heard it.
So it has been going on for some time.

EDIT: Bollocks wrong thread.

VR has no problem with it since he tacitly refuses to call out the fans.

Saying the riders need to be respected is a wishy-washy statement if there ever was one.
