JORGE LORENZO 2015 Motogp World Champ.

It wasn't even a question. Any talk to the contrary was utterly silly. No drama, no point watching.

where is your PROOF for any of this?
for example- "He didn't have the ....... pace to keep up with anyone."

you're mister all about PROOF
what are you talking about? He came in 4th. He passed a lot of riders.

Please give me PROOF of these statements.

Oh my bad.

He didn't have the pace to keep up with those he needed to which was the top 3.

That work better for you?

He had exactly two laps below 1'32 , which came on laps 3 and 4.

The top 3 riders had lap times in the 1'31's for most of the race.

He didn't have the requisite pace once again to close the gap between P4 and P3. He went backwards after attaining P4.

No.
It was a sad day for boppers. But a worse day for you.
Marquez will be considered a disgrace for years.
If he's getting booed in Spain he's ...... everywhere else.

rofl

I'm not even a MM fan.

Today was a great day if you are a motorcycle racing fan because VR did not win out in the end.

Interesting link to an Italian site that has video of VR telling Carmelo that he told him Thursday this is what would happen, and that after he needs to come visit VR in his trailer.

Probably is going to make another threat to quit to get a bailout with something.

MotoGp, Valentino Rossi a Carmelo Ezpeleta (Dorna): "Che schifo, te l'avevo detto" - Sport - Libero Quotidiano

What did I tell you Carmelo? Did I tell you on Thursday or no? It sucks/It's disgusting. We'll talk later. Later come to my motorhome.

The best rider on the year won the championship. period. All of this circus created by Rossi really and truly was nothing more than a smokescreen to cover his impending collapse. Rossi knew he was in trouble after Aragon. His points lead would have been gone long before had it not been for some fortunate weather that kept Lorenzo from finishing up numerous dominant weekends. Now that the collapse is finale, he is going to do his best to take attention off the fact that once again he chocked in a tight title fight. He has been involved in 2 tight championships and cracked in both. The myth that is Valentino Rossi continues to be exposed. Everything the boppers believe is under attack and they have no idea how to deal with it.The master of mind games, , Marquez has mind ...... him so bad he might just retire. Rossi loves a good fight, no, Rossi loves to play with inferior riders on inferior bikes. When its done to him he screams like a smashed cat. No championship is credible to Rossi fans except when Rossi wins and this one was never going to be any different, So enjoy it Jorge, the true race fans know you are a deserving champion

It was a sad day for the sport. Anti Rossi people are happy he didn't win. Rossi fans are upset he didn't win. Literally no one is genuinely happy for Lorenzo.

It's sad because the race wasnt a pure race. I'm not arguing for or against the outcome. I'm only pointing out that for a final decisive round, we didn't get to see a fight for the championship in the purest sense. We watched a "race" which had the fingerprint of a governing body deeply pressed into it.

If your happy about any of this, you've lost the reason why you're watching the sport of Motogp in the first place. Go watch politics... Fox News, Msnbc, Cnn, whichever flavor you like. Same thing.

Lol. Clearly another Rossi fanboy. A disgrace such a puppet makes it on a TV interview.
Will you please shut it you tiresome imbecile...you've already been banned once.

Exactly what everyone except the Rossi haters are saying. Spot on.
I don't hate Rossi, and I don't agree. Hodgson has always been over emotional and prone to episodes of irrationality.

What I saw today was two impeccably ridden Yamaha's and I find it very sad that practically none of the Rossi supporters have acknowledged how masterful that performance from Lorenzo was. I'm sure circumstances being different we may have seen an optimistic lunge from Marquez but the notion that he would defy HRC directive and sit behind Lorenzo or lack the will to win this for himself (with the added bonus of dispelling notions of helping Lorenzo) is frankly absurd. Added to which, did he really want to risk taking out Jorge? Toseland (who stated before the race that he would like to see the championship go to Vale) pointed out to a wittering Hodgson, the M1 had formidable drive out of the corners. Lorenzo maintained his consistency flag to flag. Valencia is a single line and a very hard place to pass in cases of parity in the machinery. Catalunya is similar and I recall in 2013 Marquez equally having problems passing Pedrosa, in fact it looked so pronounced and he was so uncharacteristically reserved it lead some to question whether Honda had imposed team orders.

Props to Vale, props to Jorge. So glad it's the close of play, and within a few weeks all this tribal ..... and trolling will have faded away along with the glory hunting fly by night fanboy ephemeral membership on both sides.

If you want to talk racing stick around...the 'supers kick off in just over three months time. Vamos Nicky!

Great race. Great race because it highlights the political and technical farce prototype racing has become.
Another week of reshuffling of the 4 card deck. Because of Rossi's penalty we get to fully see the disparity between an "alien bike" and the rest of the grid. In fully predictable and clichéd fashion, Nick Harris tells us it was " like a knife through butter"what he should have said is " like Usain Bolt through special Olympians."
The gulf between the two factories and the other " prototypes" is growing larger then Talpas cock after Qatar. Within the factories the political farce is as transparent as a welshmans skin in direct sunlight. Lorenzo and Marquez are clearly in their current seat because of their sublime talents while their teammates can only collect points left on the track through others mistakes. Rossi led the points the entire season, was awarded a bonus 3 points in Malaysia and still came up short. He finished today exactly where he would've finished had he started on pole. He didn't have the pace to ride with the other three. His only hope today was a mistake by one of them.
Pedrosa on his 9th year ( probably a record for HRC pilots) had undoubtedly The fastest bike for the latter 2/3 of the race and couldnt further his position. I'm reading comments about his brilliant race, i'm not sure what was so brilliant about being the fastest rider and openly admitting to making a mistake that cost him the opportunity to make a move. Fastest minus mistakes equals wins. Fastest plus mistakes equals..... well equals Dani Pedrosa's entire career.
GP sucks. Were all bamboozled every year to believe this is racing. The only legitimacy I see is Lorenzo v Marquez. Is there any legitimacy beyond the top 4 were never going to see it until those riders retire to WSBK.
To put a cap on the farce of a season was CD black flagging Lorenzo from popping the champagne wit mum and team. Yes ,CD, Champagne Direction swiftly and decisively barred Lorenzo in his charge to spray his mates and family.
CD has swiftly shown more fortitude and decisiveness to curb a renegade rider then RD has on any given year
This here! Jesus this was good.

Champagne Direction!

If you don't know what that means, ask J4rno. Or somebody.

C'mon now, you know VR had to run a different race. By the time he got to 4th place, Pedrosa was something like 11 seconds ahead, VR wasn't going to be able to make that up so he had no reason to continue to push and risk a crash. He had to accept 4th, so his lap times are not proof that he wasn't capable of the same pace as the top 3.

But together with his qualifying pace it does give an indication.

.

Im sure Lorenzo fans are tickled to death. Im not a Lorenzo fan and will not celebrate his championship, but he by far is the most deserving to carry the trophy home.Does anyone besides Dorna's accountants really give a .... what Rossi fans think.
