Yes, seriously. Look at the start. Rossi didn't start last.

Starting last doesn't make a difference, I've said that on this forum before, putting a fast rider at the back is not a penalty, Rossi had the 4th fastest bike in the race and finished 4th, he'd passed most of the fodder by the end of the first lap.

Gentlemen, Valentino's latest comments...

"Today everyone has seen their plan, this makes me sad and it's a very bad thing for our sport,” said Rossi. “I do not understand why a Honda rider allows Yamaha to win [the race]. I hope this behaviour in time turns against him.

“Lorenzo is a very good rider, it would be nice to battle on equal terms, but I think even he wouldn't be very happy to have won like this.

“I am sad that Marquez acted as bodyguard for Lorenzo. I had already said on Thursday, I was convinced that they would go to the end [with their plan], I was sure they would have conspired against me, as happened in football [Rossi has referred to the infamous so-called ‘Nordic fix’ match when Sweden and Denmark allegedly conspired to knock Italy out of Euro 2004].

“I don't know if Marquez protected Lorenzo because they are both Spanish, but it's sad he chose to be his bodyguard. Lorenzo has never done what Marquez did. But for his behaviour after Malaysia [when he attempted to join the court proceedings], he deserves to be treated like Marquez.

“I'm sad, a great opportunity has vanished and I did not deserve this.”

What a miserable piece of .....

I have zero respect for Valentino Rossi as a person.

Talented rider, had a lot of on track success that was earned.

But his latest comments are far too much for me.

This goes beyond being a sore loser.

It's the true measure of the man and who he is as a person.

There will be a lot of that to come. You have to admit that even without Rossi's comments after PI and the incident in Sepang, people would have still found it odd that Marc never attempted a single pass even though he stayed within striking distance of Lorenzo the entire race. Not at least attempting a pass is out of character for Marc. Even when Marc struggles with tires or bike setup, he still fights for position.

And Rossi deserved to lose the championship after his behaviour in Sepang, what goes around comes around.

Congrats to Danny Kent & Jorge Lorenzo

Look at Lorenzo, MM and Dani’s lap times. They run at 1.31 for almost all laps. I see if MM and Dani did not try to battle hard with him to avoid the risk of making him fall in last lap unless they are title contenders too. If they had been faster, they would overtake him in the middle of the race.

You could also say MM deserved to lose the championship as well.

He wasn't in contention for the championship since he wrecked his own season with all of those crashes in the first half. So yes he definitely deserved to not win, which he obviously did not.

You don't know him as person and never will. He's 100% correct, no pass was ever attempted, this has never happened in MM's entire career. When a lone pass was attempted by DP, who had the chance to bring HRC a win, attempted bulldozing ensued. What other conclusion would any reasonable person come to?

Honda will certainly be asking Mark why he didnt follow orders to beat JLo, and of course if their data show he could have gone quicker then he may be in a bit of hot water over it at HRC.....

Dani still stands out as the rider of the day, and of the second half of the season....i very much hope he wins the 2016 title while the rest of the children bicker and beat each other up....

Three open questions for me....
- Will Honda finally release the 'kick' data on Monday?
- Will JLo repay the favor next year if the title comes down to Dani and MM?
- Will JLo lose more sponsors or will yamaha?

I feel sorry to MM. Lorenzo run at 1.31 consistently, but Rossi boppers think MM could run faster. They may think he is a superman.

Is interesting that so far only the Rossi haters think there was nothing wrong with Marquez. Everyone else, fans or not can see that what Marquez did this race was not anything like how he races.

When you act like this in public, that tells a lot about what the true character is. You can think whatever you want, but being the 9-times world champion he is, he should have a modicum more class.

Has any world champion levied these kinds of charges at any other competitor ever?

Most vitriolic incident I've ever seen will forever be Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna, and in spite of how bad their relationship got, they never accused each other of race fixing.

Yes and the Rossi boppers suddenly swore MM was out to wreck VR in Phillip Island, only after the almighty had spoken.

Well, apparently according to his manager MM doesn't see it that way. He believes it's Rossi to blame for not being in contention for the championship.

You'll find its not Rossi boppers but any person that has followed Marquez career and watched something happen which he's never done before.

Marquez just didn't have the pace of overtaking Lorenzo. Of course, Rossi fans are keeping themselves deluded. Anyway, if Rossi would have been a desvering champion, he shouldn't be needing other's help. He had all in his own hands and he failed. With second position he would win. But he failed to deliver.
